Very noisy from street. Understanding of access to room should be clearer prior to booking.

Kaum hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht, haben wir eine riesen Nachricht erhalten mit allen Infos, Regeln etc. was uns ein bisschen abgeschrekt hat. Keine Gepäckaufbewahrung. Die Dusche, es kam fast kein Wasser. Leider stimmt hier für uns das Preis-Leistunsgsverhältniss nicht.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, solamente advertir que si vas con maletas grandes, o un coche de bebé, toca caminar por calles empinadas, escaleras, y el hotel también tiene una escalera. Pero ojo, todo eso está claro en la publicación, por lo que no fue una sorpresa.

The WiFi barely worked the whole time we where there, which was disappointing. The access to the room was dreadful trying to get a suitcase up and around the staircase. We hired a car and with no parking at or near the property it cos £25 a night to park it in a secure car park.

The property should clearly mention that there is no lift and access is via a spiral staircase, which may be challenging for elderly guests and those with large luggage

I left a bag with my expensive things in it. I called immediately and was told that they would check it when the new guest left. I called again and explained to the manager that I had not used public transportation, I was in my car and I remember exactly where I left my bag. I asked them to check the cameras, to which they said that there are no cameras in the entrance! And they insulted me. This is disrespectful to the guest. Bed mattress was not good and the WiFi was unusable which, Unfortunately, is a big deal for travelers

Para subir a la habitación las escaleras son muy complicadas de subir. Si eres mayor o vas con carrito de niños no puedes alojarte aqui.

It was not possible to communicate with a human about the booking. The instructions provided were confusing and required logging into various websites. The link to one website provided didnt work. It was buried in the T&Cs that there were steps to the room. There was no mention that there were 70 steps. We re booked somewhere else as a result and when asked for a refund or partial refund on day one of the three day booking were told no. Subsequent correspondence was not replied to . It was a negative experience and poor form on behalf of the operators

No nos gustó la falta de comunicación con el sitio. Tuvimos que indagar un poco en los correos hasta dar con el sitio, ya que está dentro de un close llamado james court. No es algo que pusiera muy claro.
El check in para nosotros fue un poco engorroso la verdad. El hecho de no tener recepción le quita encanto a la estancia ya que teníamos que buscarnos la vida para dejar los macutos que llevábamos

Sorry, to be honest .
The bed is horrible. CHEAP MATTRESS on this plywood slab.
Very uncomfortable.
The INTERNET went off and on didn't work for our two days. REAL PAIN.
I don't care if the building is 300 years old. The other places we stayed were just as old and the internet worked in England, Spain and Portugal .
The TV didn't work kept going on and off lost the connection too.
The HOT towel rack in the bathroom could not be turned off.
It was easy to burn yourself exiting the shower door in the bathroom as there wasn't much room between them.
Why only ONE chair wingback in the room?
Were does the other person sit? On your uncomfortable bed?
It might look good for your online photos but not practical for two guests.
When you pay this price you expect a LATER Check In or check Out. But 10 am out and 4 pm in and a comfortable good quality bed.
These comments can be addressed and you can make your units a lovely comfortable experience.
This is the only bad review I've ever written after staying in 25 places with Bookings.

If I was not picking... I would say the noise from the fridge is a little noticeable when going to sleep, and the bathroom light is a little low. But neither affected our stay
