Teleurstellend.
Pros:

Locatie, ruime keuze in het restaurant voor lunch en diner

Cons:

Er werd geen of heel slecht gehoor gegeven aan wensen/klachten. Had een duurdere kamer genomen met vanwege een koelkast, maar koelkast had mankementen en er werd geen gehoor gegeven aan klachten.

Pros:

Staff member behaviour , 5minutes walking near ganga ghat.

Cons:

ROOM HAVE NO VIEW FROM WINDOW.NO PERSONAL PARKING FACILITY. TV IN ROOM NOT WORKING. BLANCKET NOT CLEAN .MATTRESS NOT GOOD.OVERALL NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.AVARAGE HOTEL.

Excellent, select your room n just go
Pros:

Excellent place, staff, rooms, services and most of all the food was Excellent. Taste and quality Excellent. I really enjoy n was happy with them. Beautifully done, the rooms, restaurant, is lovely.

Honestly if you're ok with walking a bit, than this is a place to stay n be at peace.

I mentioned walking as it is a bit far from laxshman jhula, which is approx 1.6 or 2 kms. Yes you can rent a bike, But a walk through the market, sitting at the gangas, watching the aarti makes up for it. The ghat is just 5 mins walk. Go for it this hotel. You will love the stay.

Staff was cooperative and helpfull. But the main reason is nearby from the Ghat.

Cons:

The cleanliness. Stains on the bed, smelling towels. Bad soundproofing. I had to inform them that the contact number they shared on booking is not working. I tried to message them multiple times via app, they replied only on the day of arrival that too in the afternoon. I wanted to enquire about the route. Due to festival crowd was stuck in traffic for 4+ hours, which i could have avoided if i was able to approach them.

Solace at Yoga Nagri
Pros:

The best part of our stay was the helpful attitude and behavior of the staff. Deepali and Priyanka were most helpful not only while we were there but also whenever we called them for help before our arrival. The food at the restaurant was our next high point. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were also very good.

Cons:

Our room, on the 3rd floor( 407) was a bit noisy at late night and early mornings with sounds of possibly furniture being arranged upstairs. Hand towels and bath mat could be provided.

Rooms are not with good view. Its exactly on road and if you open curtain, people can see inside.
Pros:

Hotel restaurant was good. The location is good and very near to Ganga river even though road is very narrow.

Cons:

The photos shown on booking.com does not at all match with the actual room. It is shown that rooms are having good view from window; however, the rooms are just adjacent to a small road way. If you open the curtain, people walking on the road can see inside the room. This was really bad experience. They don't even clean the room unless specified. Bathroom was also not very clean.

Cons:

We drove to Rishikesh but could not drive to the hotel. We had to walk for 20 min with luggage to get to hotel. Transportation to the hotel was not easy with no prior information on how to get there.

No vehicle parking. Understaffed. Do not provide sufficiant towels. it needs to be requested. Delay in making room ready while checkin.
