Pros:

Location is ideal for living near Parmarth Niketan and surrounding shops and area. Staff were very helpful despite being short staffed and under pressure

Cons:

They were disorganised with shortage of towels etc. Needed to be reminded to clean the rooms.

Matchbox style rooms with no TV and delayed services
Pros:

Summary: Small matchbox style suffocated rooms with closed glass windows and awful service.

Cons:
- They advertise lots of amenities very few works.
- TV didn't work at all for 5 days we stayed here
- AC worked but remote were fully broken and we had to get up everytime to make it work
- No regard for customer request. We had to keep calling them multiple times for things like shaving kit, ac remote and any issue.
- All sheets they changed were dirty and stained
- Very small exhaust in washroom and there was always a foul smell in washrooms
- No ventilation in most rooms. Some had windows but for some reason they have sealed them on outside.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

The hotel is at an excellent location. Close to parmarth and boothnath temple. Janki Setu and raam jhula are at walkable distance.

The staff is super sweet, Friendly and helpful. And property was clean and well maintained

Not what we paid for. We paid above average price but got a stay which was below average.

The food was good.

Cons:

To start with we were travelling with a 7 month baby to which they gave us an early room. But later we realised the room was under repair. The bathroom doors were broke, the main door had a manual key as it had hole in it. Most of the restaurant dont charge for baby food (to which we ordered just boiled lentils) but we had to pay for daal tadka which was pricy. The housekeeping staffs felt like they need some more training as they missed some thing of the other while cleaning the house. We kept on reminding them to give towels, then mat, then handwash, etc.

Location, food and Friendly staff

Cons:

Property is not maintained and has a musty smell due to dampness and poor ventilation. Notice some mushrooms growing out of wooden fitting inside room which were mistakenly painted and removed in front of me. Bathrooms are bad, lenin, pillow and towels are very old and dirty. In the while on the roof, noticed some mouse also roaming in roof top restaurant.

Pros:

Locatie, ruime keuze in het restaurant voor lunch en diner

Cons:

Er werd geen of heel slecht gehoor gegeven aan wensen/klachten. Had een duurdere kamer genomen met vanwege een koelkast, maar koelkast had mankementen en er werd geen gehoor gegeven aan klachten.
