Pros:

Walking distance to Family Mart, Lawsons, and 7-Eleven. Even about a 10 minute walk to the nearest donki store. Like a 3 minute walk to the train station. Loved the location.

Staff were very helpful friendly.
And lots of great eateries very close by

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was under construction.
But there was lots of places literally next door for eating out
