Pros:

The room was very clean, and the internet connection was quite good.
The TV was excellent — very large and a smart TV as well.

The facilities were very good. The staff refilled amenities every day, including toothbrushes, razors, towels, and bathrobes.

The breakfast was excellent.
Check-in was easy and convenient, and check-out was even easier — just drop the key card into the box.

Cons:

The room might feel a bit small, around 10–12 square meters.
The location is also not very convenient since it is not in the city center.

The dining area is quite small, and breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
The breakfast menu has limited choices and can feel repetitive.

Pros:

The Hotel is close to the Metro Line, Restaurants and shops and a short walk from the residential neighbourhood. Staff were helpful and polite and friendly especially when helping to organise luggage transfers to our next destination.

Cons:

I think this might be standard in APA Hotels but the bathrooms in the room were small pods. But overall it was ok. There were public washrooms on the ground floor which I preferred.

Pros:

・朝食美味しかったです。
・価格の割にとても質の良いサービスをしていただけて感謝しています。
・禁煙室希望なのに、予約時に間違えて喫煙室をとってしまいましたが、スタッフのみなさんが色々提案してくださり、要望通り禁煙室を利用することが出来ました。色々機転を利かせていただいて本当に感謝しています。

Cons:

・入室した時点で他の方の髪の毛がカーテンについていたので、その点だけ気になりました。
・思ったより食堂が寒かったです。

Pros:

ベットのマットがあまりよくなく一日目は
全然腰が痛くて眠れませんでした。しかし次の日、その事を伝えるとすぐに部屋の変更を嫌な顔１つせず、すぐにしてくれました。感謝です！

また利用させていただきたいです。
Pros:

お部屋がとてもきれいでした。1人で宿泊しましたが、お水は2本あり、アメニティも充実して助かりました。スタッフも常駐しており、質問するとすぐ丁寧に答えてくれました。歩いて5分もかからない場所にコンビニや飲食店が充実しておりとても過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

洗面所の水の出し方がわかりづらかったです。
荷物置きのスペースが足りなかったので、棚のようなものがあると助かります。
