I like how the fresh air was actually entering the room if we open the door at balcony. I like how hot water boiler is convenient at the room. there were appliances that was actually working - rice cooker, water boiler and microwave.

Cons:

I had plenty of things to tell that i think would be helpful for the care taker and the owner.
First the smell is like amoy KuloB as when u enter the room. There were lots of black molds especially at the bathroom door (black molds is highly dangerous). The smart TV remote has no batteries and we had to switch batteries of aircon and tv from time to time. malagkit ung tiles or flooring at lot of dust below the bed. OF course the bed has weird sounds as well. And most of all yung water sa heater sa bathroom may electric ground. yung water kasi connecting to shower and the heater has leak so may ground or kuryente :( nakakatakot tuloy. we had to find way pra maligo pa din using that so we just fill the water bucket coming from the hot shower then we pour next or close to the toilet not inside the shower area.
