I liked that the pictures of the apartment is almost similar to the real product with just minor differences like furniture positions. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is also prepared and the hosts are very responsive.

The apartment was really nice, clean, and cozy, and big enough for 4 people. Each room had an adapter plug which was so thoughtful. The hosts were really helpful that gave us great advice during our trip.

Excellent location, well equipped and maintained establishment. Host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything needed. The building itself had a pool and gym, which were excellent. Restaurant just downstairs, small markets and metro station were within walking distance.

I stayed in this studio for two nights initially, and I was so satisfied that I ended up booking an extra night later during a gap between my domestic flights.

The location is absolutely ideal, especially for getting to the airport thanks to the fast train line, and it’s also very close to the metro, which makes getting around Kuala Lumpur easy.

The studio itself was spotless and very well equipped, with everything you might need: a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, and more. I also really appreciated having access to the building’s facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna.

Check-in was self-service, but everything was clearly explained in advance by the staff, so it went very smoothly. The building feels very secure, and there’s also an option to store luggage for a small fee.

The team managing the apartments was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they provided great recommendations on what to see and where to eat, and they were always available via WhatsApp. They even helped me a lot in planning the next steps of my trip. Truly kind and helpful throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Good amount of space, convenient for public transportation with link bridge to LRT, well equipped, comfortable bed, staff are nice and responsive

I have stayed in many apartment-type accommodations in Kuala Lumpur, and this was among the cleanest. The apartment layout was fun and cosy. I truly felt like at home. The location is great, close to Midvalley Mega Mall and KL Sentral. The LRT will take you also to KLCC and Pasar Seni quickly and conveniently.

Location : very convenient to tourists. Walking distance from Bangsar LRT station through link bridge, and one station away from KL Sentral (the interchange of LRT, monorail, KLIA express, ETS, KTM) and Midvalley Megamall (Abdullah Hukum LRT station). There are also some shops around (KK mart, family mart etc)

Efficiency and staff assistance : very³ efficient. They will add you in a WhatsApp group and all the information like procedures for self check-in, tour guide, instructions of using the washing machine will be given. Don't hesitate to ask when there are any doubts. The staff answered my few questions.

Cleanliness and space : overall good. Spacious and cozy ambience.

Facilities: they provide a charging port with universal sockets to fit the needs of tourists from different nations. There are also many small yet convenient stuffs provided to tourists, like hangers, umbrella, iron & iron board (even the spray bottle), washing machine with dryer function, coffee sachets, earplugs, hairdryers etc.

The host is very good. Better then other Airbnbs

Bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire et même plus. Tres bon contact avec nos hôtes qui sont très réactifs et fournissent énormément de renseignements sur les activités et bonnes adresses du quartier. Accès facile et abrité jusqu'au métro.

everything is great! host is very kind & helpful. just nice being outside of business of Bukit Bintang. very near to Mid Valley. place is quiet & safe.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice living room and reasonable kitchen facilities. the building is well located within a five minute walk to the LRT station, which makes it easy to get around the city. The staff did a good job of managing the check-in process and were always available to answer questions. The room was clean and well kept

I was looking for affordable accommodation near the station that was clean, quiet, spacious, and had a kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Based on my experience staying in Airbnb-style accommodations, I wanted a host who was kind and friendly. This accommodation met all of these criteria. My hosts, Lynn, Ellie, and Natalia, almost felt like friends in KL. Ellie even took the initiative to find information for sending an international package from Malaysia to Japan and New Zealand. I particularly wanted to go to Bangsar Village, so my host told me how to get there. The bus was on the other side of the station building, and it was easy to get there by taking bus number 822. Mid Valley Mall is also easily accessible by taking this bus. There's an app that lets you watch bus movements live, which is convenient to install. Better to buy the public transportation card which allows us to get on all public transportation.

One guest wrote in a review that the ceiling in the loft bedroom was low, but at 160cm tall, I had no issues. Anyone over 170cm tall simply needs to bend down; any issues with this are the guest's issue, not the accommodation's and the host's.

The Establishment is directly connected to Bangsar Station and there is always a security guard on duty. Everyone there was kind and pleasant. The hotel front desk seemed to store luggage for about MYR 5-6, so I think I could just drop my luggage off at my accommodation first. The coin lockers at KL Sentral Station cost MYR 35, so I regret not dropping it off at my accommodation first. The Lynhomes staff also kindly offered to store my luggage for me, but I was worried about whether I would be able to return to my accommodation at the appointed time, so I ended up not doing so

I'm planning my next trip to Kuala Lumpur and I'm definitely planning to stay at The Establishment Bangsar KL by Lynhomes. There's a restaurant on the first floor of The Establishment Bangsar.
