Buon appoggio per soggiorni brevi
Pros:

Sistemazione comoda per un weekend a Roma! Zona ben fornita da autobus/tram per girare la città. Zona in generale tranquilla.

Cons:

Le camere della struttura e i bagni sono separati, ma ogni camera ha le chiavi per il suo bagno quindi nulla di troppo scomodo.
I bagni sono praticamente davanti alla camera, ma per accedervi bisogna passare per una stanza comune (usata per angolo cucina).

Fantastica struttura! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, zona fantastica
Pros:

Host accogliente e disponibile, posizione della casa davvero ottima considerando che è collegata con molti bus e si trova perfettamente tra la fermata Re di Roma e San Giovanni. Anche la sera è una zona tranquilla, è munita di ristoranti, supermercati, banca, qualsiasi tipo di negozio. Io ed i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo! Semmai ritornerò a Roma, considererò di nuovo questa struttura poiché ne sono rimasta entusiasta, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Grazie! :)

Cons:

Segnalo solo che: purtroppo non funzionava l’abat jour vicino al comodino e che la presa del bagno funziona benissimo ma è entrata un po’ in fondo. Per il resto tutto benissimo!

unforgettable moments
Pros:

We were here with friends for 3 nights and highly recommend, good contact with the owner, place clean and well maintained. Equipped with essentials like a hairdryer and towels. Close to the metro as well as to the bus with which you can get to the main attractions of Rome in a short time. Very good cafeterias and restaurants in the area. You must remember that you have to pay a tourist tax on site.
