Pros:

The security guy, the old one with glasses, he so kind and helpfull, when i want cross the road he help me so well , every month i had staycation in here and the reason i always back because i feel happy and comfort stay in here and specially the security guy old with glasses

Good place to stay if you just want a base and don’t need the trappings of a hotel
Pros:

Good location, offered clean & comfortable base while exploring the city, pool was welcome to chill & relax

Cons:

The fridge did not work probably sadly nor the freezer and I would advice asking for a room that does not back onto the building site next door as this was very noisy

Topverblijf in ruim apartement
Pros:

De ligging is goed, in de omgeving veel eettentjes, Bassac Street op loopafstand. De Noro mall met onder andere een supermarkt en goed Frans restaurant ligt aan de overkant van de straat en de Aeon mall met een grote supermarkt ligt is ook vlakbij. Het is 2,5 kilometer naar Riverside, Royal Palace, Wat Phnom en je bent er in 10 minuten per taxi of tuktuk.De gym, het zwembad zijn heel mooi en worden brandschoon gehouden. Het personeel is extreem behulpzaam en altijd vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er waren bouwwerkzaamheden naast het hotel, dat gaf nogal lawaai en getril omdat ik op een lage verdieping aan die kant van het hotel sliep. Het werd heel goed opgelost door mij kosteloos een upgrade te geven naar een duurdere kamer op een hoge verdieping aan de andere kant van het hotel.

Nice location
Pros:

I loved the free minibar and the layout of the two-bedroom room I booked — it was nice and cozy and the location is good in Bkk 1

Cons:

- Staff Service: One of the staff members was not friendly — there was no smile or sense of service.

- Room Cleanliness: The room was not clean in term of the air conditioning filter was super dirty, and there was noticeable dust on many decorative surfaces. We have air allergies, so we are particularly sensitive to dust and air quality.

- Water Refill: There was no complimentary water refill provided. Additional bottles were charged at $1 each.
