Superb Five Star Resort with excellent & friendly staff & facilities.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, The variety of food for various cultures & religeous believes was catered for. The quality of the food was excellent & befitting a five start resort. An absolute special mention to the reception staff Efin & Zika that assisted my visit to the local hospital as I'd left some medication at home!! The hospital was superb in providing efficient no fuss support & were very friendly & accommodating, Also the Administration Manger, Carol, that keep a close eye on me ensuring my good health & happy stay.

Cons:

I can't say their was anything about the resort that I didnt like.

Pros:

Todo! Un hotel con vistas impresionantes a Labuan Bajo, la cama era súper cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal del hotel es muy amable y nos encantó también la cena que tuvimos en el restaurante Kliff, todo estaba delicioso. Nos hubiera encantado haber estado más días. Volveremos seguro 😊

Pros:

The view is absolutely incredible. The beach beds are very nice and comfortable, and the food and drinks were really good. The hotel has a lot of potential and the setting is beautiful.

Cons:

The staff were quite slow and it was often difficult to get someone’s attention to order food or drinks. You can tell that this is a new hotel and that the staff still need better training.

There was also a strange sewage/drain smell in our room and around the toilets, which was very unpleasant. Nice hotels usually have a signature scent that makes the whole property smell fresh and luxurious. They should really work on this and add a pleasant scent throughout the hotel, for example with diffusers or fragrance sticks.

The hotel has designated smoking poles, but smoking is not allowed at the tables or at your beach bed. As a smoker, this is quite inconvenient. In such a large, open-air setting, I personally don’t think most non-smokers would mind if people were allowed to smoke outside at their own beach beds or tables.

Perfect room. Perfect sunset. Could improve service and tours available
Pros:

The overwater villa was perfect, the view stunning and really worth Booking. The views from the hotel are beautiful. The pool is wonderful. Sunsets were the best ever!!! Room was really clean at all times.

Cons:

The tour was really expensive compared to What you get in return, wouldnt recommend. Staff was friendly but inexperienced and not accomodating at all times. Restaurant sushi was great but we didnt love the food overall.

Bel hôtel mais...
Pros:

Magnifique vue sur la baie de Labuan Bajo, 10 min. environ du port pour les départs en bateau, très bel hôtel et qualité des infrastructures très bien, Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est superbe, très complet.

Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo publiée sur Booking... Nous sommes bien conscients que pas toutes les chambres sont identiques, mais lorsque les photos montrent une superbe vue, et qu'on se retrouve avec la première chambre collée à la réception, avec tout le passage des gens, et une vue sur l'angle de la terrasse du lobby et la végétation en premier plan avant la mer c'est très décevant. D'autant que notre réservation a été faite début avril pour le 20 juin !! Nous avons réservé très en avance alors je ne peux pas concevoir que c'était la meilleure ou dernière chambre de cette catégorie.
Peu de place en extérieur pour manger en rapport à la taille de l'hôtel, les terrasses ne sont pas assez grandes.

В целом понравилось. Готовы приехать еще раз. Очень красиво и комфортно.
Pros:

Красивая ухоженная территория. Чистый номер. Много развлечений гостей, включенных в стоимость проживания. Брали экскурсию на гору на рассвете и йогу на рассвете - понравилось. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Приветливый персонал. Есть семейные номера. Несколько бассейнов, 2 ресторана, возможна доставка еды в номер, детская комната. Было недоразумение с отелем по количеству спальных мест, но все разрешилось.

Cons:

Ничего нельзя сделать самому: чайная ложка? -ждите, мы вам принесем..в лучше случае ждать придется 5 минут.
Грязное море с кучей бытового мусора в прибрежной полосе. На каяке можно плавать только в пределах 30м от отеля.
