Pros:

Food at all of the restaurants was fantastic. The facilities were beautiful during the day and night, and the staff was very gracious with our toddler as he roamed the grounds.

Paradise!!
Pros:

Breathtaking views! The 2 restaurants are both amazing with great menus. The pools are beautiful. The staff at reception are great and helped with activities especially Delon(?) he was so good. The tourguide Putra was fantastic and made our trip to the Rangko Cave such fun!! There are fun activities like kayaking which are cheap and great fun.

Cons:

The only issue was check-in took over an hour which was upsetting as it was a bit late at night and I was tired.

We love everything about this hotel.

Très bon séjour, paysage magnifique depuis les chambres
Pros:

Établissement très beau et moderne. Les chambres sont impeccable. La nourriture très bonne

Cons:

Le service est très bon et le personnel très gentil ,néanmoins cela manque d’adaptation par rapport au client lorsqu’il le demande. Un Changement d’ingrédient est compliqué et pas forcément accepté. Peu de prise en compte gluten free et lactose free.

The best of the best in Indonesia
Pros:

This is an amaaaaazing hotel. Beautiful, quiet, and all the personel was nice and helpful. The rooms were amazing in design, and the service was first class.

We had a small accident while in a trip, and the hotel was of great help too, picking us up from the hospital and offering support. Thank you Okta and all of the team for that

Cons:

The beds in the lower pool have the wrong orientation, and there is no way to get shade at certain times. They should be moved 45 degrees!
