Droom bestemming!
Pros:

-De hotelkamer was modern, ruim en schoon! Geweldig uitzicht, alles was perfect!
-Het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid en heerlijk!
-Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
-Zwembad was perfect en de ligbedden ook!
-De ligging is ideaal, vlakbij de luchthaven, het centrum en de haven!
-De aankleding van het hotel was heel modern.

Pros:

Personnel extrêmement bienveillant, qui se sont adaptés à mes inconvénients.
Mon tour en bateau ayant été reporté le lendemain, j’ai demandé à faire mon Check in à 10h à la place de 15h pour profiter pleinement de l’hôtel. C’est avec plaisir qu’ils ont accueilli ma demande.
Les piscines sont incroyables, le bar ultra sympa. Les chambres spacieuses. J’avais pris celle avec baignoire dans laquelle j’ai passé une bonne partie de la journée avec vue incroyable.
Ils m’ont apporté des petits gâteaux de welcome en supplément.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui j’avoue m’a un peu déçue.

Amaizing room and Views
Pros:

Love the room and the view, the pier looks amaizing from the rooms and lobby

Cons:

The hotel is great but I feel the spaces were to be amenities in general are limited. There are 3 pools but they are small, it can feel crowded even without a lot people. Restaurant is decent not the best food and there are no restaurants around.

Would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Labuan Bajo.
Pros:

Good size rooms the layout enables both of us to do some work on the computer & comfortable for room service meals.
Menu choice/variety was excellent.
Service staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Attentive to all our requests & needs.

Cons:

The beach is not pleasant for walks.

Viešbutis tik 5 min su taksi nuo orouosto, vieta labai graži ir rami. Aptarnavimas aukščiausio lygio, tik pasakai ko reikia jau padaryta. Rekomenduoju šį viešbuti visiems. Turėjom tik per mažai laiko pasidžiaugti visais viešbučio malonumais. Turi labai daug pramogu. Taip pat organizuoja ir tura su savo kateriu, ko mes nežinojome. Personalo paslaugesnio ir mandagesnio dar nesu sutikusi.

Uitstekend resort

Een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan, het resort heeft veel faciliteiten, een warm welkom van personeel dat altijd klaarstaat, smart tv en een top locatie. De lokale eettent “Laros” op de fish market is zeker een aanrader.

Pros:

Just an excellent 5 star resort with all its benefits. Perfect service, great food and breakfast. Clean, new, well maintained. Nice view. Breakfast’s dim-sum’s are the best, dear chef. I’ve ate them all, I’m sorry. Except I’m not, they are so good! 10/10 worth it 100%.

Cons:

Staff could be a little less friendly, as weird as it sounds. But it applies only if you stay for a long time. Otherwise great stay, beautiful place and nice people. Just please be a little more straight forward with communication and less nice.

De setting en het uitzicht waren fenomenaal : personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Als ik dan toch moet muggeziften ... om 06u00 (aanvang ontbijt) was men nog bezig met de voorbereiding van het ontbijt en niet alle buffetten waren reeds open. Maar zoals gezegd : dit is muggeziften

Amazing. Would stay again and recommend!
Pros:

Location, view and facilities were amazing.

Cons:

Like most of Indonesia, there was some plastic pollution in the sea and at the neighbouring properties. It would be great if the resort could use re-usable straws (instead of plastic) and perhaps ensure that any plastic floating near the resort is picked up promptly. However, this is nitpicking as the resort was very clean and beautiful.

Pit stop piacevole di una sola notte
Pros:

Colazione a buffet ottima. Stanza super confortevole, ampia e con terrazzino che affaccia sulla baia con vista unica. Posizione ottimale per chi deve prendere la crociera per l'arcipelago di Komodo.
