Migliore albergo di Labuan Bajo
Pros:

Tutto. Anche se volessi trovare un difetto a questa struttura non ci riuscirei. Camere spaziose, moderne e pulitissime. Qualità del cibo eccellente sia a colazione che a cena, personale gentilissimo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Un soggiorno da sogno
Pros:

La struttura è stupenda, una delle più belle in cui ho soggiornato. Un panorama bellissimo. Ti trattano tutti benissimo e abbiamo mangiato molto bene.

Pros:

La struttura molto curata e accogliente.
Piscine bellissime. Camere pulite confortevoli. Cena con grigliata di pesce molto buona. Il personale disponibile, abbiamo lasciato tutto il giorno i bagagli mentre eravamo a fare un'escursione.

Cons:

L'attesa della camera , ci hanno dato la seconda camera alle 19 di sera , anche se il check-in era alle 15. Anche la lunga attesa per 4 drink.

l'emplacement loin de tout obligé de prendre un grab ou scooter pour se déplacer. PERSONNELLES TRÈS TRÈS MOQUEUSES AU PETIT DEJEUNER , VOUS COMMANDEZ DES PANCAKES gaufres ET CRÊPES elles RIGOLENT ENTRES ELLES vous dit que sa arrive et qu'elles ramèneront votre commande à table alors que c'est faux j'ai dû m'embrouillé avec elles ME DÉPLACER PLUSIEURS FOIS pour avoir ce que j'ai demandé ! L'ENREGISTREMENT TROP LONG TROP D'ATTENTE ALORS QUE DES HÔTES ETAIENT DISPO A RIEN FAIRE...

Excelente.
Pros:

Una pasada de hotel con unas vistas increíbles. El personal es maravilloso y muy profesional.

Cons:

Como algo a mejorar, diría que podrían poner un ambientador en el baño ya que huele un poco a tubería. Y hay que tener en cuenta que no hay Grab y para moverte necesitas o una moto o contratar un conductor.

Nice spot with great views and food, but comes with frustrations
Pros:

Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Decent restaurant. Great views

Cons:

Extremely slow check-in and check out (lot's of paper work and ancient processes).
Very noisy upper floors (Busy road just behind the hotel)
Airport pick up did not work s promised.
Terrible communication - hotel sent a threatening message which inticated that our booking is not guaranteed if we did not pay upfront within a few using an online link. That was proven incorrect, but the hotel did not change the message the next time we arrived

Een heel mooi hotel, dichtbij het vliegveld en de haven waar de boten vertrekken.
Pros:

Het is een ontzettend fijn hotel, dichtbij de luchthaven en op loopafstand van het centrum (3km) wat via een trottoir te bereiken is. Het heeft 3 zwembaden met voldoende ligbedden. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en ontzettend lekker allemaal!
Wij hebben vanaf de haven een bootexcursie van drie dagen en twee nachten gedaan, dus geen gebruik gemaakt van de aangeboden excursies van het hotel. Maar volgens mij zijn deze excursies echt aan te raden, de boot van het hotel is echt ontzettend mooi! De eerste dag hebben wij helaas de aardbeving meegemaakt, waardoor we daardoor genoodzaakt waren om op lobbyhoogte te moeten verblijven. Er was daardoor maar 1 zwembad beschikbaar en ook vrij druk, maar het personeel deed er alles aan om iedereen van een bedje, zitzak of stoel te voorzien.

Location and water villas are beautiful located with your own pool and modern looking room

Cons:

We only had one night as we were flying back to Bali and we booked an overwater villa which is the most expensive room in the hotel. We arrived at 11 am and they said the check in would be at 3 pm, we understood and ask for a potentially early check in which they said they would work on it. We waiting in the restaurant and it was 3:30 pm and no one from the staff had reach out to us, it was only because we went to reception to ask for the room that they started to move faster. We only ended up getting the room at 4:00 pm which was not great as we were there for 1 night. The staff was not helpful and everyone seemed confused in the lobby, it was only until we asked for a manager that they took action.

Definitely not a 5 start experience compared to other hotels. Also in room dining not great in terms of food.

Pros:

Bellissima location, viste spettacolari. Colazione ottima. Staff gentillissimo. Ottimi i ristoranti. Stanza stupenda.
Consigliatissimo il tour al parco nazionale Komodo, uno dei migliori mai fatti

Cons:

Quantità di plastica è davvero un peccato nella spiaggia dell'hotel. Capisco sia un problema generale in tutta l'Indonesia, ma consiglio di curare quell'aspetto almeno nel perimetro del resort.
