Alojamiento con mucho encanto y perfecta ubicación
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación, con una estética y decoración muy cuidada. Tranquilo con pocas habitaciones.

Cons:

Había algo de ruido por la noche dado que la habitación daba a un patio con la puerta trasera de un restaurante

Just perfect!
Pros:

Beautifully furnished art deco apartment, with lovely views of the Plaza from our balcony. We enjoy being in the space so much and we have to push ourselves to go out and do things.

An amazing location in Mexico City Roma for Great Value
Pros:

I love staying at Edificio Art Deco, in front of Rio de Janeiro park, which is beautiful and perfect for walking of running. The area is amazing with an authentic 1900’s Porifiran restaurant next door and a wonderful restaurant across the street for breakfast. Now, the building is true and original Art deco with original wood-work floors. Yet you get a modern mini-kitchen and appliances. I highly recommend staying at Edificio Art Deco for great value for money, comfort, location & friendly management.

Pros:

The apartment is super cute and in a great location. The kitchen is perfect for preparing quick and easy meals.

Cons:

The only issue is that it gets pretty hot being on the third floor and the windows don’t have screens so mosquitos will get in if you leave them open.

Pros:

Bellissimo appartamento, posizione perfetta.
Molto gentili ad averci permesso di lasciare le valigie qualche ora in più in reception.

Cons:

Unica pecca la doccia dove l'acqua non usciva calda. In ogni caso il proprietario si è subito messo all'opera per riparare il guasto.

Centrally located comfort!
Pros:

The apartment is very centrally located to shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. You can easily get to downtown, old town and other neighborhoods from here. The room was large and well appointed and the bed was comfortable!

There was some noise, late night, from the restaurant/bar next door.

Lovely art deco place in great neighbourhood
Pros:

Loved the location and proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants. The apartment was furnished eclectically with some great vintage pieces. Communication from the host was impeccable. Will definitely stay here next time!

Glorious Art Deco apartment
Pros:

Such a privilege to stay is such a beautiful Art Deco apartment surrounded by intriguing ornaments and facilities. It was like staying in a museum. There was always staff at reception in the glorious entrance hall. Lots of people were taking photos of the outside of the building from the park opposite. The staff were wonderful - so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

Pros:

El departamento estuvo genial. Me gustó todo, desde cómo está decorado, lo deco del edificio, la facilidad para entrar, lo detallado de las instrucciones, la cama estuvo suuuper cómoda. El baño tenía todo lo necesario, la cocineta está excelente, tiene refri, microondas, estufa eléctrica, una mesita. La gente con la que interactué de la estancia fue atenta. Está muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado. Sin duda es una de las opciones que guardaré para volver en el futuro.

Cons:

Lo único que cambiaría cuando vuelva es no ir con tantas maletas jajaja. (hay que subir escaleras para llegar a los cuartos)

Disappointing stay this time - be careful which property you book before paying! The platform does not let you choose in
Pros:

The location was great. I booked through the same agency last year and the flat was impeccable. This year I was in for a disappointment which was double whammy as the photos implied it was going to be the same property! Indeed not the case: it was in a different building. A lot more dated, with a strong smell as soon as we entered, sub-standard bathroom and kitchen (even by the standard of an old building). Whilst I appreciate the period charm, some bits were unstable. I raised the smell with the landlord who was defensive about it and not particularly helpful. There was no staff at the property. No one charged towels etc for a week.
