The bed is really comfortable, we slept like babies. The room and bathroom is clean, spacious, and look nice (we booked the biggest room), with the view on a small river and the nature. It was really quiet and peaceful. The staff was really kind. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Very clean hotel and room. We even got upgraded without asking and for free. Very spacious and modern.

Cons:

Wasn’t an issue for us but there is no passenger lift, only for luggage but unsure if this is temporary as there was building work happening.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I definitely wouldn't rate this as a 3- or 4-star hotel.
Pros:

Overall, our stay was okay. We didn't encounter any major problems, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

However, there were a few negative aspects that I can't overlook. From our room window, we could see people using open public toilets, which was quite unpleasant. In addition, the floor in our room wasn't particularly clean.
