Naweed is a nice guy we can talk about anything together. The location cannot be more central but quiet at the same time. Chilling on the terrace is the best at night espacially

Our recent stay at this hotel from June 21st to 23rd was truly a wonderful experience, especially as we were traveling with family. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities.

What truly stood out was the impeccable neatness and cleanliness of the entire property.

However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host, Javeed. He is an incredibly kind and supportive individual.

Such an amazing time staying here, I ended up upgrading my room to the Deluxe double, which was a gorgeous room, spacious and extremely clean. Javed made me feel super comfortable and often went above and beyond, helping me with any questions or recommendations. I was concerned as a female travelling alone how comfortable I would be, however Javed and his family really took care of me and were so warm and kind! Food was nice, and the view of the lake is wonderful.

We had a perfect stay at this amazing house boat in both std rooms and Suite room.
We booked this house boat after referring all reviews which were very positive and in reality it met all the expectation.
Location at Dal lake was amazing & near to main road .
Owner Mr.Javed himself picked us from main road through his Shikara ride which was complimentary
He himself take cares of his guests and always on toes to provide services.
Food was also home cooked and tasted good.
Not to miss his Shikara ride at Dal lake which was memorable.
Overall it'was superb experience and will surely go for it next time as well.
Writing this long review so that it would be helpful for others since there was confusion in my mind before finalizing the stay at Dal Lake.
Please don't miss this memorable experience and make sure to add it in your iternary.

We had a wonderful time! Javeed, the owner attended to us personally and treated us like family. Javeed was communicative and attentive to our needs and made our stay comfortable. He helped arrange for taxis for our trip to Pahalgam and Gulmarg, went out on his shikara in the evening to get dinner that we had ordered from Zomato. He even arranged for breakfast that was freshly cooked, a big thanks to him and his sister!
The room in the houseboat itself was quite luxurious and spacious. There was a big master bedroom and a living room - and the bathroom came with a bath tub - on a houseboat! Can’t ask for more! Srinagar was extremely cold during our stay but the heating made the room warm and cosy. We had initially booked the stay for two days - 6th and 7th January but ended up extending it for another 2 days! I would definitely recommend the property for your stays in Srinagar and look forward to visiting Kashmir again!
