Pros:

Struttura in buona posizione e vicina al centro. Struttura datata, parzialmente ristrutturata. Opinabile la scelta di alcune scelte stilistiche. La struttura andrebbe rivista complessivamente soprattutto all’esterno. Staff gentilissimo e pulizia impeccabile. Letto comodissimo. Peccato per lo stile un po’ improvvisato. La struttura potrebbe essere valorizzata con l’ausilio di un architetto che probabilmente metterebbe in risalto i punti forti e minimizzerebbe quelli meno positivi.

Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Preis-Leistung war top. 👌🏼
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 10min direkt am Hafen von La Spezia. ⛵️🛳️🛟 Zudem war die Unterkunft sehr sehr sauber, unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, wir haben frische Handtücher etc. bekommen und es wurden teilweise sogar unsere Sachen sortiert. 🧹
Auch bei Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei 🍎🍇🥐
