Great Stay, highly recommend, ear plugs for Friday & Saturday nights, Fantastic location
Pros:

The sea front location, private car parking.

Cons:

Friday and Saturday night, Night club underneath the apartments thats starts at 10pm and finishes at 4am, so if ur a light sleeper that is an issue but rest of stay was extremely quite.

Pleasant for the one night and what the price was
Pros:

The location is perfect and parking on site too made it very easy to access. Clear instructions about how to enter the property

Cons:

The rooms are starting to look very used and tired. I’ve been every year for the last 3 years and it’s now beginning to look like the rooms need updating. Painting and tidying up. The toilet seats had yellow rings around them and the sofa was stained.

Great place with fantastic location, will definitely stay again but with ear plugs.
Pros:

The private parking is a great plus, the apartment was great. Location spot on.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is a night club underneath the apartments which is not mentioned when booking that is open only on a Friday and Saturday night from 10pm-4am, so can be heard if your a light sleeper.

Fantastic holiday apartment
Pros:

Beautiful large apartment, nicely decorated, looks like everything is modern and newly installed. Providing an ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom. . Very clean. Everything inside that you might need. Soft towels provided. Really comfortable beds and a great big sofa to stretch out on. The host Duane met us at the apartment to let us have the code to get into the room. He changes the room codes for every guest so you can feel secure. He is friendly and very helpful and came to meet us promptly after we had phoned him to let him know that the email with the information had not arrived to my phone. Great benefit of being able to park on the roof as the apartment is right in the centre of the beach front area of Great Yarmouth. There is a lift to all floors which is fantastic as it makes it so much easier to deal with luggage, and to get back to the apartment after traipsing around all day. Great value for money I will definitely recommend this accommodation. It was very quite in the apartment which surprised me as we were right over amusements etc.

Perfect for what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to come back

This didn't bother us but
The apartment block is above a club ( so we got home from a wedding at 1am and it was still going) like I said it didn't bother us, fortunate good sleepers ;)
Seagulls bloody noisy in the morning but to be expected by the seaside
