Facilities, location and view.

Cons:

For a commercial accommodation rental we expect that it should be very clean - it was apparent that the studio isn't cleaned properly between tenants. Wear and tear is expected and acceptable but lack of cleanliness isn't.

Good property with short walk to beach and shops. However the early noise from the construction site next door was unexp

The apartment was well designed and very comfortable. It was only a short walk to the beach and shops. The pool and spa were pleasant.

Cons:

There is a construction site next to the property and the workers start at 6:30am. Although the noise is loud on the balcony it can be still be heard inside.

The service and room were lovely. Was able to check in early and was done with ease. No issues during the stay. The room

It felt very homey, and very clean. The decorations were very pretty

Cons:

Did not have enough toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights. The blanket was not a quilt but 2 sheets, fortunately there were spare throw blankets to use.

Pros:

Affordable room, in a great location. Easy walk to broadbeach centre.

Cons:

We had a view of construction the whole time and we were up at 6am EVERY morning to the sound of loud construction which really ruined our relaxing honeymoon.

convenient location, walking distance to to the beach, shops, restaurants.
Pros:

great location, very close to everything, lovely coffee shop downstairs right across the road, friendly staff, clean apartment, has everything you might need.

Cons:

nothing in particular. there is a construction near by, but the management gave a warning, we didn't mind. We only stayed over the weekend and it wasn't not noisy at all.

Buy some decent pans!
Pros:

Great location and view. Coffee and breakfast within a block.

Cons:

Potts and pans were TERRIBLE to cook with. Must have purchased from Salvo or Vinnie’s😳 Furniture was not so great either, stuffing in couch was coming out, chair was dirty. Bed was large and comfortable👍

Pros:

Easy check in and check out. Super comfortable bed. Nice ocean view and large balcony. Comfortable furnishing, well equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Free convenient basement parking. Location near tram stop.

Cons:

They are building a new tower right in front of this building - construction noise woke me up both days at 7am. Luckily it is not continuously loud, just sporadically loud and i could get back to sleep

The room was clean and very comfortable. The property facilities, like the pool, spa, and sauna, were great. It is located perfectly, close to the beach, shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants.

Great location for Casino, and Shops and Dracula's.
Pros:

Location to several key attractions (Dracula's and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre) very close and within walking distance.

Cons:

Initial phone checkin- lady on hone (weekday) was rude. Took long time to receive deposit back. Request to hand over and allow copy of license (privacy concerns).
