Building site and very noisy
Pros:

Great location close to shop and restaurants. Parking a bonus, friendly reception, great facilities

Cons:

It is a massive shame that they are building a tower block right in front of the resort. It is a building site and veru noisy to the point that you wont get any sleep between 6;30am and 6;30 pm.

I would recommend staying there!!
Pros:

Close to shops and restaurants. Building was beautiful and clean. Room was spotless and comfortable. Amenities were very good. Most of all staff at the front desk were wonderful, always happy and friendly.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Location is great! Neat and tidy apartment with nice facilities.

Cons:

Only thing would be some black out curtains/blinds so our 5 year old doesn’t wake as soon as Th sun rises.

Disappointing this time, and may be our last.
Pros:

Great location. Been there many times. Good pool and BBQ area. Walking distance to beach and Pacific Fair.

Cons:

One of our 4 apartments was very dirty and was not fully cleaned for 3 days due to busy holiday period. But all rooms should have been ready for occupation. Rooms and pool had hair and not well cleaned. Two apartments had very poor water pressure in kitchen and a bathroom. One had food left by previous occupant. 33 story building under construction next door and will greatly reduce future outlook. We were not advised of this when booked thru Bookings.com. Not a problem this stay. But we did not get the subsequent discount offered by the property if we had made a direct booking. Manager said would arrange 10% refund through Bookings.com for problems we had.

best location and had a great time
Pros:

Location was outstanding. Apartment was clean but appliances, tables were dented/damaged. Walls had scuff marks. View was spectacular. Construction below was disappointing but not the fault of the property. Would still come back again because of location an friendly staff. Frustrating that in order for fan to work, light switch had to be on so no fan at night if light had to be on.

We enjoyed our stay! Was such a great price! Oh and the construction next door was not an issue we barely noticed it.
Pros:

The Ocean Pacific is in the best location! A 5min walk to the beach and Pacific Fair. It is also closed to one of the best coffee shops - No Name.
Very convenient!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like but please look at improving the gym, these days fitness is such a huge industry! The gym equipment really needs an uplift.

Cons:

The construction directly out the front of the building is dreadful, it starts at 6am every morning and ruins the entire experience. Every balcony overlooks the ocean but also the construction so there’s no getting away from it. Truly disappointing, whilst it’s advised it’s next door it is really important that customers realise that it’s all you see and hear.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days.
Pros:

Lovely ocean view. Great air con. Supper close to shopping, casino and trains. Fabulous place to stay.

Cons:

Contractors working on next door site started super early with jack hammers! Nit fault if ocean pacific though
