Great Overall!
Pros:

Close to the main Broadbeach strip.

Cons:

Even though we were told in advance, the construction work was right outside our balcony. So a little more noisy than we expected.

Good location and good price . Would stay again

Great location to every thing you need . Spa and pool a highlight

Cons:

It was advertised before booking and even again when booked so can’t whinge too much but construction next door at 6.30 am all day was very loud . Notice was given however so own fault . Bathroom fan didn’t work

Overall good.
Pros:

Location was great. We were out all day so the construction wasn’t an issue. It wasn’t worth anymore $$$ than what we paid on discount for construction as the place was a bit dated. The main bed was a bit lumpy.

Great location but little privacy.

I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t told about the construction that was right outside my window prior to making payment. I was only told the day before in my checking instructions and payment was non refundable. Construction workers could see directly into the bedroom and living areas when curtains were drawn open not to mention they were on site before 7am and tools began at 7am each morning. This should be disclosed in the ad like other properties.
Also I was given a link for express checkin but I had to give my credit card details for a bond deposit via an intercom at the front of the building which was both impersonal and anyone could have heard… this should have been asked via the l express link.
The room smelt of bleach for half my stay, the TV had limited free to air channels that actually worked.
