Taking advantage of its location, way overpriced, spend as little time there as you can.
Pros:

Location close to the national park and to the beach. Swimming pool was ok.

Cons:

Dark, old and humid room with a bad smell and small windows, looking over the parking lot. Very expensive for what it is. Not shown on the pictures. Half of the rooms are on the ground floor, half of them with a view on the parking lot. No privacy as many people walk past your room. A few small windows, not enough air to keep the room from humidity and bad smell. Restaurant is very expensive, breakfast options are limited and quantity is not enough for an adult to get enough energy walk the morning un the park. Swimming pool a bit crowded. Other dining options in the area also overpriced given the touristic location.
You can spend one night there and visit the park in the morning. Do not spend more time there.

Wat een prachtig hotel! De kamer was heel mooi en comfortabel, met heerlijke bedden. Het personeel was super: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om mee te denken.

Ook het zwembad was fantastisch, met een gezellige zwembadbar en heerlijke drankjes en eten. Er waren mooie ligbedden en genoeg ruimte om te ontspannen.

Een groot pluspunt is de prachtige omgeving. Je ziet hier ontzettend veel dieren en zelfs apen van dichtbij. Het hotel ligt bovendien vlak bij het nationale park en het strand. In het nationale park kun je enorm veel dieren zien, waarbij de apen voor ons toch wel het meest bijzonder waren.

Cons:

Het enige nadeel is dat dit inmiddels een erg toeristische plek is. Het nationale park was naar onze smaak behoorlijk druk en toeristisch.

Twee heerlijke zwembaden met mooie ligbedjes, heerlijk ontbijt en zeer professionele en behulpzame receptie. Locatie perfect naast Manuel Antonio National Park en zee.

- liegt direkt an der Straße in einem Nebengebäude
- Frühstück findet im Hauptgebäude statt, dafür muss man eine Straße überqueren und einige Minuten laufen.

Pros:

Easy Access to the sea and beach. Wildlife: A sloth, toucan, monkeys in hearing or visual distance

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. In a country that has so many fruits only the ubiquitous melon, watermelon and papaya were served. Not even bananas
The staff are cordial but far from inviting and friendly.

Lovely hotel walking distance from public beach and Manuel Antonio NP!
Pros:

I’m stayed at the Gardens property. The Playa is across the street and has the restaurant. Guests can access either property. The room was lovely with fridge as well. WiFi worked well all over property. This is a 5 minute walk from Manuel Antonio National Park, so it was easy to meet my guided group at the gate. Because I had to leave early for the tour, they made me a to go lunch/breakfast for pick up the night before upon request. There was a 5 hour span between check out and shuttle pick up, and they kept my luggage as I lounged in a cabana and swam. There are shower rooms to get ready. I had a lovely time at this hotel!

Cons:

At the restaurant (which makes amazing Pina coladas) some of the staff was super friendly and some much reserved. Not a big deal though. Pura Vida!

Perfekt für einen Besuch im Nationalpark
Pros:

Die Lage in Fussdistanz zum Eingang des Nationalparks ist perfekt und auch das Hotel eigene Restaurant war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind recht einfach eingerichtet. Man sieht auf dem ganzen Hotel Gelände diverse freilebende Tiere, wie Affen, Faultiere, Agutis, Iguanas.

Cons:

Beim Auschecken kann das Gepäck nicht einfach standardmässig in einem Gepäckraum deponiert werden, sondern sollte gemäss Rezeption im Auto verstaut werden, das dann in der Sonne steht, während man im Nationalpark ist. Da wir Medikamente hatten, welche in der Hitze kaputt gehen, wurde für uns nach einigen mühsamen Diskussionen aber eine Ausnahme gemacht.

Die Lage zum Manuel Antonio Park ist ideal. Der Pool ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zahlung war nur zwichen 2 und 5 Tagen vor Anreise möglich. Die Kommunikation hierzu war sehr verwirrend.
