We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Espadilla Gardens with a fantastic location a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Manuel Antonio National Park and from the beach. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The air con and fans helped keep the room cool and provide respite from the hot, humid weather outside. There were a couple of chairs on the verandah outside to chill out in, as well as lovely sunbeds by the pool with fans. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a good menu to choose from. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant were great too. It's worth noting that meals, including breakfast, are hosted at the sister hotel (Hotel Playa Espadilla) which is less than a minutes' walk across the road. You can also make use of the pool and pool bar there during your stay. All in all we had a comfortable stay at this chilled out hotel.
We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf bij espadilla & gardens. Goede kamers met lekkere douche, goede strand bedden waar ook een ventilator boven hing om af te koelen. Het ontbijt was goed en een goede keuze uit verschillende soorten ontbijt.
Het zwembad was erg warm, was net een warm bad wat je instapte.
Bien situé par rapport au parc Miguel Antonio, chambre très propre et confortable, belle piscine.

Me gustó la exclusividad del hotel, siempre muy limpio, el personal muy atento y amable.
El desayuno típico estaba un poco insípido, sin embargo, las porciones y la presentación es excelente. Hicimos la observación al personal y mejoraron la calidad.
La única recomendación que haría al hotel, es valorar la posibilidad de colocar una estación de carga para vehículos eléctricos :)
Struttura immersa nel verde e a pochi minuti dall’ingresso del parco Manuel Antonio, la spiaggia è raggiungibile direttamente dall’hotel in 2 minuti e piedi. Molto curato il giardino, abbiamo visto tanti pappagalli, tucani e iguane. Staff disponibile e gentile. Consiglio il tour notturno
La colazione permette di scegliere un piatto tra un elenco fornito dalla struttura, in aggiunta però vengono serviti caffè (americano) e frutta

We really liked our stay at this hotel. Staff were great, and organised a tour of the national park for us. It's very close to the park and beach so very convenient. Room was clean, pool was ok and restaurant and breakfast was great. Free
No views of the sea from the hotel, but that was expected so fine. No problems!

The location was excellent being within walking distance of the beach and Manuel Antonio National Park.
The breakfast and evening meal were superb and they prepared a breakfast box for us on the day we went to the park at 6.50.
The reception staff were absolutely great, organising our tours and transport with impressive efficiency and very good humour. They responded to WhatsApp very quickly.
I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Locatie is heel mooi , vlakbij het strand en vlakbij het park Manuel Antonio. Geen auto meer nodig! Prachtige tuin!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful breakfast and delicious dinners at restaurant. Pool area is beautiful. Very close to the beach & Manual Antonio National Park. We loved our stay & plan to return!
