Nada absolutamente nada, el lugar súper inseguro

Excelente ubicación, mucho espacio, lugar cómodo y amplio, dos baños
Cocina sin equipamiento para cocinar
Las habitaciones son como departamentos, amplios, relativamente cómodos y con los servicios necesarios, el personal es atento a cualquier duda o ayuda que se necesite. Si esta muy cerca del centro de san Cristóbal y se puede ir y venir caminando. En pocas palabras, cómodo y ya.
Que en realidad no funciona como un hotel sino mas como un airbnb.
-Es un poco difícil dar con la ubicación del lugar porque no esta sobre una calle sino en un paso de escaleras o andador y tampoco vi un letrero o anuncio del hospedaje en la vía publica.
- No TE ATIENDE NI RECIBE NADIE, NO EXISTE UNA RECEPCION, puedes pasar varios minutos buscando el lugar, esperando afuera de la dirección y tocando los timbres de las entradas principales y nadie va a salir a atenderte. Tienes que contactarte por ellos via whastapp y solo así te dan la atención que necesitas y aun así, no sale absolutamente nadie a atenderte.
-No se hace limpieza durante tu estadía, tampoco se proporcionan toallas o papel sanitario mas que el que entregan al recibir el hospedaje. Si necesitas que se limpie la habitación o necesitas toallas o un cambio de sabanas, se tiene que pagar costo extra por un servicio que debería básico que en cualquier hotel.
-Hay muebles manchados y cuando recibí la habitación las sabanas de la recamara estaban sucias, pedí que se me cambiaran y amablemente accedieron a hacerlo.
-En fin, el hospedaje maneja un reglamento interno para el huésped donde se indican los costos extras, usos de agua caliente y sus "recomendaciones", reglamento del que se te hace saber que existe cuando haces la reservación.
La vista y ubicación son buenas 🤗 además del espacio que brindan es cómodo
La cuestión de la limpieza es un punto a mejorar, las sabanas y fundas de almohadas estaban sucias

I didn’t like anything about the property ..! The owner does not respond to queries quickly and is very bad in arranging things. Had asked to booked tours for 3 days but no reply I had to follow up but after following up 3 times still no response and tours were not arranged. They advertised about the tours in their hotel page ask you to join the group but very low attention to details..! Lacking on good customer satisfaction..! If they are unable to arrange tours please don’t advertise them as it impacts customers satisfaction..! Whole 7 days were wasted in their hotel as nothing was booked and no message nothing to follow up until u don’t follow up with them and after following up still nothing done
Lo staff non pervenuto, non li abbiamo mai visti. L'acqua della doccia era fredda, abbiamo segnalato la mancanza di acqua calda ma lo staff non ha risolto il problema, anzi ci diceva che l'acqua calda c'era..abbiamo sempre fatto la doccia fredda e a San cristobal in inverno fa freddo. il letto scomodo, la scala per salire al piano di sopra priva di protezione e pericolosa. I bastoni delle tende non erano ancorati alla parete dunque quando aprivamo le tende per far entrare la luce ci cadevano addosso I bastoni che erano alquanto pesanti. La serratura della porta difettosa. Sconsigliato.
No hay recepcionista, tenía insulina un medicamento que requiere refrigeración y literal me dijeron que si quería refrigerador o algo asi que rentara otra suite, en todos los hoteles que me he hospedado nunca me habían atendido con tanto desdén, para dos noches dejaron una miseria de jabón y la 1/4 parte de un rollo de papel de baño, no volvemos
