Great place, but the Aircon definitely needs an upgrade.
Pros:

The view from the apartment is amazing and the apartment itself was clean with all the facilities you need to cook/relax and easily accessible to the places we needed to go in Iloilo.

Cons:

The Aircon was outdated and didn't have any cold air coming from it even on max settings. The host provided a fan but the room was still too hot even for my Filipina wife.
