Pros:

Tout était très bien mais la vue sur ville est en fait une vue sur un mur. Il faut être tout en haut pour avoir la vue sur la ville . Le personnel est très bien et serviable . L eau pour la douche est très chaude et lit confortable.

It was cheap and clean

Cons:

It felt very shady. How we got the passcode; the woman who showed us the room; the communication; it just felt very weird.
The balcony door was broken and we couldn‘t close it.

convenient and friendly!
Pros:

the room was lovely, good amount of space and useful amenities and kitchen appliances. great location, easy to find, really really helpful staff. the locals were also super kind and helped us find the apartment. bus stops very close by.

Location and service were way worse than expected
Pros:

the room is decent with the balcony

Cons:

the owner was unresponsive, I lost my charger in the place but he wasn't responsive in returning it. The blanket was dirty, the sink was leaking. Also, they gave me a different room (double twin beds instead of one queen bed) compared to what I booked without telling me beforehand. The location was also in a deep smelly alley.

Velmi mila a usluzna domaca. Izba bola mensia ale uplne stacilo,lebo cely den sme boli vonku. Postel velmi pohodlna, krasne ciste povliecky, prijemne sa spalo. K dispozicii bola aj kuchynka,my sme ju nevyzili. Poloha velmi dobra na prehliadku Hanoia. Zostali sme 2 noci. Odpprucam.

Genialny pomysł na zakwaterowanie w Hanoi.
Pros:

Świetne rozwiązanie dla kogoś kto chce zostać na parę dni w Hanoi. Są to pokoje/studia z aneksem kuchennym (wyposażonym we wszystko co potrzebne aby przygotować sobie jedzenie). Czysto, jak nowe.
Położenie - blisko centrum.
Można mieć mały problem z odnalezieniem wejścia do hotelu bo znajduje się w małej uliczce.

SUPER opcją zakwaterowania w Hanoi. Jeśli będę jeszcze raz w tym mieście to z pewnością skorzystam z tego hotelu.

Pros:

Responsive and available staff. Late check-in. Ok location. Very nice motorbike for rent, easy to do so too. Ok bed.

Cons:

The room was definitely humid. Hot water was not consistent. The lighting in the room was not very warm or cozy, and it didn't have a soft lighting setting to relax, just a strong one. The balcony area was shady and not inviting, never felt like stepping into it.

The owner was quick to send someone to check us in even though we came late due to flight delay

Cons:

The beddings were still damped when we receive the room. The bathroom wasn't completely done remodeling.

Pros:

Der Kontakt und die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter war super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sah leider nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss und die Fenster, die zwar da waren, zeigten Ausblick auf eine 10 cm davon entfernte Wand zu allen Seiten. Dadurch gab es auch so gut wie kein Tageslicht in dem Zimmer.
