Okay but wouldn't use again
Pros:

Good location for getting out and about the city. Nice lounge where we sat whilst our room was prepared. Pastries and drinks available but the toilet was filthy.

Cons:

Room was far smaller than we had expected with only one very uncomfortable chair to sit in. Lack of staff and unfamiliarity with using the screens in the reception area for any requests was a little disarming. No help available with heavy luggage.

Enjoyed our stay here!
Pros:

The location was great - easily walkable to surrounding shops and buses if you wanted to take them. It was super clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Check-in/check-out is a little strange. It's all done digitally so you never see a person at all. We had an issue with getting our room cards but were able to message a staff person. He came quickly and took care of it.

Pros:

The staff were always on hand. The apartment was clean, well stocked, elegant, accessible, quirky and comfortable. Lovely plants, great little touches. The views were outstanding and the location excellent. Highly recommend

Pros:

Sehr tolle Lage und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Unkompliziertes Personal.

Cons:

Leider hat das Wlan nicht funktioniert. Das war schade.

Delightful stay in a great location
Pros:

Room was small but very comfortable. Although the check in process was automated someone came very quickly to store our luggage as we were early and the room was not ready.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko do starej części miasta. Czystość idealna, wyposażenie doskonałe.Wygodna rejestracja oraz obsługa apartamentu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne a dojście do restauracji bardzo krótkie. Dzięki RIGH Residence nasz wyjazd był bardzo udany.
