Una Posada cerca de todo, en Antigua!
Pros:

El personal del hotel muy amables y atentos. Me facilitaron contratar transporte hacia la ciudad de Guate. La Ubicacion en Antigua es super!!

Cons:

Sugeriria mas control del ruido en los pasillos. Ya que cuando se esta en la habitacion se escucha todo lo de afuera y eso limita el descanso, de dia y noche.

La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca del centro y con muchos lugares de conveniencia cercanos

It’s outdated and not modern at all… and the doors are locked at night i had issues getting back in… limited plug options for my items no iron shower curtains was dirty and no hot water for shower and bugs flying in room

The location and the play area for kids

Cons:

The room was not as described, to small and not clean right. The staff was not friendly and seemed bothered everytime we asked for anything. No water. We ended up not getting any hot water at one point. No water at all. The staff had no idea what the issue was, and was not helpful figuring it out.

I had to pay via PayPal even before I arrived at the location. It was weird as I thought I was paying via Booking.com and it seemed off. Not a great experience with the payment.

Antigua is a wonderful town.
Pros:

The family and staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely family.

Cons:

The piped in music that played for about 12 hours every day. Could not enjoy the garden with a book or cocktail. That was my only downside to my stay.
