LUA Boutique RoomZ- Adults only

Nagyon sajnálatos, hogy egy szinte tökéletesen működő szuper hotelt hogyan lehet kevesebb, mint egy év alatt így elrontani. A hotel új vezetése nem mutat nagy fogékonyságot a vendég panaszok kezelésére. Minden alkalommal amikor ebben a szezonban ott jártunk, több vendég komoly panasszal élt a recepción, ennek ellenére a szezon végéig nem változott semmi a pozitív irányba. Komoly változásra lenne szükség a szálloda vezetőségében, hogy ez a folyamat valahogy visszafordítható legyen és a korábbi minőséget meg tudja közelíteni a hotel.

Zo spijtig, de kamer was niet gepoetst, op het onder en boven laken zaten gedroogde bloedvlekken. Op de tafels en kastjes zaten vlekken en kringen. Na bij de receptie mijn beklag te hebben gedaan hebben wij een glaasje aangeboden gekregen en hebben ze de kamer vlug nog eens gepoetst. De ligbedden op de weide waren ook niet afgekuist en de paden waren niet geveegd. Zo spijtig want ze kunnen van dit hotel echt een pareltje maken !

Das Bett hätte komfortabler sein können und im Badezimmer hätte ein Schminkspiegel sein können.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Minden ok volt.

Némely berendezés és szerelvény kicsit kopott, rozsdás volt, melyet a szálloda kora nem indokol. A Boutique roomZ épületének első emeletén lévő kiégett gyomos “teraszt” szintén nem értettük. Úgy gondolom, ezen apró részletek karbantartása még tovább emelné az élményt.

A szobánk sajnos nem olyan volt ami egy 4* os színvonalat képviselt volna. Ajtó nem záródott rendesen, a fürdőszobába csatorna szag volt, a zuhanyzó vízköves volt és az ajtaja nem záródott rendesen mindenhol folyt ki a víz, sampont nem kaptunk a fürdőszobába az tusfürdő adagolók nem voltak a helyükön, és az egyik nem is működött. A szobába a hűtő borzalmasan zúgott nem lehet kihúzni és nagyon világított így falnak kellett fordítani, hogy eltudjunk aludni. ( a zúgás így is zavaró volt). Szobába mindeféle bogár volt.

Campingben a gyerekek éjfélig visitoztak az ablak alatt, reggel 7 kor a fűnyírótraktorra ébredni, a szolgáltatások talán 4 csillagos szintet megütik, a takarító személyzet alkalmatlansága a feladatra, napozóágyért külön fizetni kell. Nincs londiner, stb stb

Reinigung des Zimmers während des Aufenthaltes sehr notdürftig. Ab 9:00 ist der Liegebereich am Strand geöffnet, jedoch wird erst ab 10:00 mit der Liegenreinigung und wegräumen der Gläser vom Vortag begonnen.

Unfortunately at the check-out I didn't get a detailed bill when I wanted to pay for the additional costs. Therefore I was charged almost three hundred thousand HUF extra!! After I payed I asked the specification and saw a huge mistake and asked the staff. First they said I was wrong and then I told them that I already have paid for these costs. (half pension was paid already via booking.com) Then I was told that they can't refund right away but in a couple of days and this WITHOUT apologise at all and without giving me a proof that they would refund it!
A week later I still haven't received anything so I sent a mail and cc-d the GM and after that I got a reply right away saying sorry and ensure they would transfer the money the next day what they did.
But once again it not even came in their mind to indemnify me for all the costs I made while changing money back and forth and all the inconvenience they have made. And that's a 5-star hotel...
Not to mention if I haven't discover their fault I would have been charged like 700 euro extra!

Loud guests: Main issue was that we had to call 2x on phone to reception in the night, to tell the drunken crowd outside to be quiet. For 3rd time, had gone down in person to ask reception to do sth, but in the end the solution was that the loud guests left by themselves. This happened after 11pm when the bar supposedly closed. Can't count on staff to stand up to guests (assume they are trying to please everyone) - this needs to change.

Less of a problem - but also annoying - that the area between the hotel and LUA beach is not closed off to non-guests. So a bunch of random people are constantly walking around there. (E.g people from the nearby camping, or random tourists walking to the pier to take pictures, etc). They should fence off the area.
