Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Ausblick vom Restaurant aufs Meer war auch schön.

Cons:

Wir haben die Villa mit privatem Pool gebucht – leider war der Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung.

Die Villa ist so aufgeteilt, dass sich im Erdgeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer sowie der Pool befinden. Im Obergeschoss, das eigentlich das Dach ist, wurde eine Hütte in traditioneller Bauweise errichtet.

Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren grundsätzlich sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Hütte auf dem Dach hingegen war eine absolute Katastrophe. Auf dem Boden fanden wir Rattenkot sowie weitere Tierexkremente. Eines Morgens wurden wir sogar von einer Ratte „begrüßt“. Wir haben das Personal darauf hingewiesen, dass sich dort eine Ratte aufhält, allerdings wurde nichts unternommen, es wurden weder Fallen aufgestellt noch andere Maßnahmen ergriffen. Über der Eingangstür hingen Reste von Schlangenhaut.

Ebenso hatten wir Kotflecken auf der Bettwäsche. Wie oft dort tatsächlich gereinigt wurde, kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber wir haben fast überall Spinnenweben und Staub entdeckt.

Zusätzlich hatten wir noch Zusatzbetten für jeweils 1200 PHP pro Nacht (ca. 17 €) gebucht. Dabei handelte es sich allerdings lediglich um eine einfache 90 × 200 cm Matratze, die direkt auf den Boden gelegt wurde.

House Keeping gab es ebenfalls nicht. Unsere Zimmer wurden während des Aufenthalts nie gereinigt, was bei diesem Preis eine Frechheit ist. Auch die Schlüssel für unsere Zimmer haben wir erst auf Nachfrage erhalten.

Zusätzlich erschwert wurde der Aufenthalt durch die schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Leider hat das Personal kaum Englisch gesprochen, deswegen kam es immer wieder zu Missverständnissen, die man leicht hätte vermeiden können.

Für den Preis ist eine solche Leistung für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.
Wie man als Gastgeber sowas seinen Gästen anbieten kann, ist mir leider echt ein Rätsel.

Quiet, peaceful experience of being a castaway with AC, plumbing and great food
Pros:

This is a beautiful location if you are looking for a place with no crowds and a laid back vibe. The lawn under the trees by the beach is perfect. The food is delicious and the owners are delightful.

Cons:

While the beach is nice, the water is not very deep and the rocky area begins before one can swim above them. The advertised pictures were probably taken a while back because not everything is the same. The new villas are beautiful and the cottages are awesome by the beach even though the Philippine climate has been a little harsh on the materials.

Pros:

Lovely location. Great clean small beach with snorkeling 20m from the bungalows. The Bungalows are roomy and comfortable. The mosquito netting at the door is a great idea and allows to leave doors opened. it is a quiet place with a very nice pool. Very chill.

Cons:

Some of the stuff on the menu was not available.

Great stay. So peaceful
Pros:

Great service from the staff. The villa is so huge for 7 person and the bungalow is spacious. I love the exclusive feels, maybe that we are just lucky that we are the only guest that day.

Lovely days
Pros:

Great place to chill and enjoy the sunny beach. Rooms are great and the staff is very nice and helpful. The view from the gardens and the pool are super Food at the restaurant is also really good. Don't miss the Malumpati park - staff can help you with the transfers. Totally recommend it.

Cons:

The kitchen closes really soon and it is difficult to dinner in the nearby area.
