The view is stunning! The room was very spacious and clean. Location is super convenient, close to the city center, a lot of restaurant options.
Enjoyed our two night stay at Marina Club hotel, which is a short walk from Old Town. The property is modern and we had a lovely view of Old Town from our room. The beds were comfortable and the cold water dispenser on each floor was a great help. There were some minor inconveniences but I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The bathroom was spacious but we got one with a handicapped configuration, which wasn't convenient. Additionally, the AC was somewhat effective but it took a long time to cool - this could be related to Gdansk, like many other parts of Europe, experiencing record temperatures while we were there.

Nothing
Receptionists were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming, and showed no interest in assisting guests. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them, and they made no effort to provide information or help with even simple requests. The receptionists failed to meet even basic customer service standards. Additionally, on two nights, the room service did not show up.
I would not recommend this hotel unless the management addresses the behavior and professionalism of its reception staff.
