Bad experience due to staff and unhygienic conditions at the property.
Pros:

Property is lavishing and sprawling around several acres.

Cons:

Staff is deaf. They Don't listen to you even you keep on calling them. We were told that breakfast will start at 7.30am and we were there at 7.30am as we had to travel to Nanded. But they dint serve breakfast till 8.30. Then i had to call manager, but he was an another excuser like other staff of the property. Cleanliness and hygiene are the major issues here.

Ambience and property was very good.(8/10)
Restaurant food & staff was very good. (8/10)

Cons:

Rooms bathroom didn't had shampoo, soap, flush was not working, bathroom were so dirty. (4/10)
Regular check in time is 2pm. We reached there at 4.30 and we got ready room at 7pm.(4/10) Dont know, They were playing or what they were doing.
Breakfast was below average.
Overall 5 out of 10.

Good property, need better staff training, property maintenance and work on electricity issues.
Pros:

The property is genuinely nice, the food was above average.

Cons:

There were electricity outages several times during my stay, there was an outage at 4 in the night which was very inconvenient. I first got a room in which AC in it's living room was not working then after requesting for a change the next day after atleast 10 follow up calls I got another room which was at the very edge of the property despite several other rooms being empty.
