Value for money romantic stay
Pros:

The panoramic views from the suite room were so good! You get a direct view into Ulhas valley and it looks beautiful. The room was also nice and large and supremely clean and beautiful. The beds also gave us great sleep. I am going to stay here again when I visit Khandala. Everything exceeds expectations.

By the way the location is really easy to access. It is right at the entrance to Khandala from the expressway. Also has gated parking!

It was good.
Pros:

Cleanliness, Staff behaviour...good for family stay.

Cons:

Housekeeping services not available after 8 PM...and will be resumed at 10 AM
It's not on road...at my time room was only available in basement.

Pros:

Good new hotel with friendly staff.
The room had a nice angled view of waterfall.The location is good and accessible by vehicle to nearby attractions.Animal lovers like myself will enjoy the company of monkeys hopping nearby the hotel.Please feed them if you get a chance.

If you are going to Lions point or any other touristic places nearby then please carry some dog food as there are many hungry and starved stray dogs and animals.Its heartbreaking!

Cons:

The food you order in room may be pricey and the taste may not be great. The buffet breakfast was alright.The toilet shower area was clogged with drainage issue and wasn’t fixed despite requests. The towel provided had a long hair.Cant say for sure if room was cleaned thoroughly and bedsheets changed.

Adequate for the price, but not suitable for special occasions
Pros:

The hotel appears better in photos than reality, but remained acceptable for my family. The family room is spacious with two single beds upstairs, though the steep staircase poses risks for small children. The window offers breathtaking canyon views on one side, unfortunately obstructed by a deteriorating hotel building directly in front.

Cons:

The breakfast room misleadingly suggests a buffet service, when it's actually table service with confusing menus and unhelpful staff. A nearby road disrupts the scenic view (not too noisy though). We experienced two brief power outages, though the backup generator activated quickly.

Actually liked everything but just suggestion car parking area could be better and spacious also while entering to the hotel entrance from the security could be better to hide electrical things

Overall it was value for money considering that I stayed over the new years.
Pros:

The room was big and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

While the beds wear neat and tidy I found the floor to be slightly stained and there were strands of hair over the floor.
