Eine tolle Woche in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft
Pros:

Tolle Lage zwischen Blackfriars und St. Pauls.
Fünf Minuten über die Millennium Bridge zur Tate Modern. Pubs vor der Tür (laut!!), aber auch comfy! Sehr sauberes Apartment, groß und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Schlechtes WLAN, kein echtes Smart TV, Streaming vom Handy auf die sehr großen Fernseher war nicht möglich. Das Personal hat sich trotz Hinweis nicht darum gekümmert. Der Safe funktionierte ebenfalls nicht, auch hier wurde die Beschwerde ignoriert..

Hotel strategico e davvero confortevole. Più che una stanza, era un vero appartamento: enorme e comodissimo.
Ottimi il check-in e l’accoglienza, con un personale molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto una ragazza che ha voluto rivolgersi a noi in italiano e ci ha illustrato nei minimi dettagli la nostra stanza. La cucina era super attrezzata (lavastoviglie e lavatrice incluse) e abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di acqua, latte e caffè.
Posizione perfetta: a due passi da St. Paul e dal Millennium Bridge, comodissima per raggiungere Southbank, mercati, Tate e per passeggiate bellissime da Tower Bridge fino a Westminster. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Cons:

Giovedì e venerdì tutto perfetto. Sabato, invece, il servizio non è stato all’altezza: scesi per la colazione inclusa, l'area era molto affollata (visto che il Counter è aperto anche agli ospiti esterni) e dal cameriere ci è stato chiesto con metodi abbastanza rudi che non c'era posto e di tornare più tardi, ma con una bambina, abbiamo preferito fare colazione altrove.
La sera abbiamo trovato la stanza senza passaggio del servizio (asciugamani non cambiati e niente refill di acqua/latte/caffè, come indicato al check-in). Dopo aver avvisato, ci hanno portato asciugamani puliti, ma senza ritirare quelli usati.
Domenica mattina, con taxi alle 8:30 per l’aeroporto, alle 7:40 non siamo riusciti a fare colazione perché il servizio iniziava alle 8:00 (probabilmente errore mio non aver controllato che la domenica gli orari fossero diversi), però mi sarei aspettato almeno una piccola alternativa o qualcosa di caldo/fresco da bere.
Se posso dare un feedback costruttivo: a parte un paio di ragazze dello staff molto gentili e disponibili al momento del check-in, il resto dello staff l'ho personalmente trovato non all'altezza della location.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar tu estadía en Londres

Location is a 10/10, rooms superb and breakfast and service was fantastic.
Pros:

The location is superd, literally one street from St Pauls, set in a quiet courtyard. Spacious appartment with all the facilities required. we had a 2 bed apparement which was massive! very quiet and fully equipped. Staff were always helpful when we needed them. Breakfast was included in our package and although there was no full English we could still have bacon and eggs! For what we paid to be in central London this was well over our expectations. We would happily return here next time we are in town.

Très bon sejour
Pros:

L appartement est très agréable, très bien agencé et très bien placé. Pour un séjour avec des enfants c était l idéal

Cons:

Malheureusement beaucoup de bruit la nuit, les poubelles de verre toutes les nuits et des camions de service. Comme nous étions au rez-de-chaussée nous avons été gênés mais ce n'est pas la faute de l hotel . Prévoyez des bouchons d' oreille pour une nuit plus paisible.
Le canapé lit est peu confortable mais pour des enfants c'est ok.
