Pros:

Loistavaa sijainti, miellyttävät huoneet ja todella tilava.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ollutkaan ilmastointia vaan pelkkä lämmitys, minkä vuoksi siellä oli tukahduttavan kuuma. Saimme erillisen ilmastointilaitteen pyynnöstä.

Die Lage ist Top. Ruhiges Viertel in der Nähe des Zentrum und Metro. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung und das Apartment ist ebenfalls sehr schön! Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und sehr gut zubereitet. Top, Top, Top!

Pros:

posizione ottima, letti nelle due camere comodi . una camera (quella con il bagno riservato) aveva dimensioni accettabili . La cucina bellissima, nuova e ben fornita, con acqua fresca in frigo, latte, caffè e tè a nostra disposizione, due bagni complessivi nuovi e ben puliti, molto comodi. Il bar della struttura offriva una vasta scelta di pietanze a prezzi buoni, ottima combinazione per la colazione

Cons:

il divano letto nella sala (eravamo in 6) aveva un materasso "in discesa" poco comodo, la seconda camera era piccolissima, nell'armadio non c'erano mensole e non c'era neanche un ripiano su cui appoggiare la valigia o gli indumenti.

Pros:

Location of the hotel was really good. So many metro lines were near the hotel. The room was really good. Every little detail was already tought. Brakfast was good.

Too Many Maintenance Problems and No Air Con
Pros:

Location and Staff are great-property is spacious and clean. Included breakfast menu is small but food is good. Close to both St. Pauls and Blackfriars.

Cons:

Room was stifling as management refused to turn on air con (centrally controlled) despite NUMEROUS requests that our room was intolerably hot. Toilet ran non-stop and required 3 visits from maintenance. After 3 days air con was finally turned on however 1 bedroom unit did not work. One of 2 elevators was out of service our entire stay. Last night there was no hot water and we notified staff, who said they would send maintenance, but they never came. No showers day of departure and no sleep for 3 nights due to stifling hot rooms and trash truck noise during night. Simply not worth the price and would not return or recommend.
