Pros:

Expedite virtual assiistant booked the wrong days. I couldn’t get Expedia or the hotel to fix it at any point prior to the days or after. I will now have to fight the charge with the credit card company. The virtual assistant cuts off the chat whenever you highlight a problem. I ahave used expedite for nearly 30 years. They have lost a customer dorwver
