⭐ Disappointing Experience – Poor Reception Attitude & Breakfast Service

I want to comment specifically about the reception experience, which was very unpleasant. The receptionist acted as if he was doing us a favor by giving us a room, even though the room was already reserved through Booking.com.

He clearly knew that I had a confirmed reservation and even asked me if I booked through Booking, which I confirmed. After that, he gave us the room but kept saying that many people were waiting for rooms, making it seem like we should feel lucky to get one. This gave a strong impression that the hotel overbooks rooms and then tries to make guests feel grateful for something that is their basic right — having a ready room when reserved in advance.

Regarding breakfast, it was also poorly managed. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 AM, but when we arrived, nothing was ready. There was only one person handling everything alone. We waited more than 30 minutes, and even then:
• There was no bread
• No coffee
• Very limited options overall

It looked like breakfast was prepared only after guests arrived, which defeats the purpose of a buffet service. One person managing everything is clearly not enough, and this poor organization caused us to be late for our destination.

Overall, the hotel needs to improve

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic hospitality standards.
