Clean hotel, great cable,

The stay was. Good until we found out the staff at tru steals streaming accounts
Pros:

I like the building and the Hispanic guy at the front desk he was very nice to me and my wife. But what I didn’t like was how the cleaning staff at the building came into our room after we left and stole our Netflix account instead of logging out like every other hotel will do. They logged into our Netflix account, changed all the account and placed passwords on all the account so we couldn’t access it which is really weird??? We fighting with Netflix to prove that it’s us and I took screen shots of everything. They even change the name on the account to a dumb name called “Memi” so Memi stole our account and used it for her own personal use and wouldn’t let us log into Netflix until we called and complained and proved it was us….

Amazing friendly and personable staff.
Pros:

When I checked in at the desk, Antwan was exceptionally helpful and I greatly appreciated follow up text alerts from staff asking about my visit. I truly felt like they cared about my experience and stay in the area.

Mediocre at best and not worth $180 for one night stay
Pros:

The complementary breakfast was very lackluster. No plates and had to wait for food and it wasn’t even that busy.
