Pros:

The front desk receptionists were awesome, very friendly, when asked for more towels and bath cloths they brought them with no hesitation, receptionist assisted in laundry room with great attitude

Pros:

The whole experience was excellent. Was a shirt stay for my husband, granddaughters and myself but we really enjoyed it. I like the location too. Paul was excellent.

Had an excellent and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The entire staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would like to send kudos to Paul and Kayla (Front desk) and Christina (wait staff) for going above and beyond with helping others.

Breakfast was good and the women who checked us in was great need to hire more people like her.

Cons:

There was no microwave and only one trash can the elevator broke down 👎 couldn't go to are floor no ice machine 😔 took them all day to clean our room and had to call them to make sure we were on the list of rooms for them to clean that day also didn't clean the room only cleaned it the last day we were there and barely cleaned it also had no trash bags in the room.the rest of the staff was rude manly the housekeepers.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

LOCATION WAS GREAT

Cons:

Shower pressure was horrible, 5 minutes into the shower the water slowed to a dribble for almost 10 mins. The sink was stopped up. Maintenance came, but couldn't fix it. Tried to come back at 11pm but I had been in bed.
