Quiet, nice views and great staff
Pros:

Everything! The location, the food and the staff. The rooms were incredible, beautiful views. Very helpful staff, always ready to help. We loved the restaurants. They were helpful at organising taxis and breakfast boxes too.

Cons:

The only thing we can say is that maybe the hotel was a bit understaffed in the bar by the ground floor.

High end hotel with exceptional service
Pros:

High end hotel with immaculate service and cleanliness and fantastic views, very good restaurants and super friendly staff (special thanks to Bebi and her team!!).

Cons:

Price level is sky high compared to "normal" services outside the premises (like renting a scooter, getting a massage or doing the laundry), but I guess that's part of the game on such a high end hotel.

Das wohl freundlichste Personal das wir je erlebt haben, egal ob im Restaurant, an der Rezeption oder die von der Zimmerreinigung, alle aber wirklich alle waren äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Jungs von the black swan waren einfach herrlich, höchst professionell und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir werden noch lange lange an unsere Zeit in Labuan bajo denken und werden irgendwann wieder ins Katamaran Hotel zurück kommen.

Cons:

The black swan the excursion boat would definitely need some renewal. In order to be able to carry out safe and reliable tours in the future.

Droom bestemming!
Pros:

-De hotelkamer was modern, ruim en schoon! Geweldig uitzicht, alles was perfect!
-Het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid en heerlijk!
-Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
-Zwembad was perfect en de ligbedden ook!
-De ligging is ideaal, vlakbij de luchthaven, het centrum en de haven!
-De aankleding van het hotel was heel modern.
