Das ganze Ambiente der Anlage war toll. Das Personal unglaublich freundlich und stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Das Essen im Restaurant war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber.

Cons:

Leider waren für unsere Verhältnisse die Betten zu weich. Aber da hat jeder seine eigenen Vorlieben.
Sonst gab es nix zu beanstanden.

Wir waren eine Nacht da wir im heidepark waren,

Ich muss ehrlich sagen das Hotel und Gasthaus verdient den 4. Stern.

Ich bin hell auf begeistert etwas besseres hätte uns nicht passieren können und das Frühstück war hervorragend

Okay sted, men skuffet over deres håndtering af varmeproblemet.
Pros:

Rent og pænt, god central beliggenhed men lidt støj fra hovedvejen udenfor.

Cons:

Varmen (radiator) fungerede ikke, der var 17 grader ved ankomst. Personale kunne ikke løse problem, så fik en varmeblæser. Men pga larmen fra den, kunne den selvsagt ikke køre om natten, så vi måtte gøre det (meget) varmt inden sengetid, så varmen kunne holde sig noget af natten. Påtalte det om morgen til personale, men ingen kompensation, kun beklagelse fra deres side. Det er ikke okay.

Das Essen ( Frühstück Abendessen) war toll.
Frühstück war einfach mega.
So reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für uns 3 Erwachsene etwas eng. Bei 2 Nächte ging es aber. Unser Zimmer war ebenerdig.
Guckten Wir raus,sahen wir leider Unrat ( Eimer,Besen etc. )

Enttäuschend hinsichtlich der Kundenzufriedenheit

Das Frühstück war gut, uns hat allerdings Fisch wievz,B. Lachs gefehlt

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Vierbettzimmet gebucht und explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass wir 2 Doppelbetten benötigen. Vorgefunden haben wir 1 Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett. Für Personen Ü50 eine Zumutung, uns Bett klettern zu müssen, zudem waren die Matratzen in den Etagenbetten eine Zumutung.
Als ich den Herrn an der Rezeption gebeten habe, uns doch bitte ein anderes Zimmer zu geben wurde ich sehr unhöflich abgekanzelt. Es gäbe keine anderen Zimmer mehr und ich hätte jetzt halt Pech gehabt. Es gab weder einen Preisnachlass noch eine Entschuldigung.
Anscheinend hat man es in diesem Hotel nicht nötig, die Gäste entsprechend ihrer bei der Buchung angegebenen Wünschen unterzubringen.
