L'emplacement, route très très bruyante, loin de tout.
Location was close to fitness street, laundromat underneath and 7/11 next door. Size of room was ok.
The bed had bed bugs!!!! 54 years of age and never had this problem before.
Staff wanted to charge for cleaning a towel that had some makeup on, no face washers were supplied, I said I would clean it myself.
Staff would not allow me to have my room 1 hour earlier when it was already cleaned and available and there were another 3 or 4 rooms at least available in the hotel.
There was water leaking inside near the power points.
Internet was not always good in the room

It was a good 2 months holiday for me everything was comfortable the people are very polite and nice they help you with everything if you need someting especially a girl named famai she is very polite and understands English and helps where needed thanks for the nice stay the cleaning lady pom works very hard and cleans very good the room thanks for her also

Next to Extremely loud road, Bad house keeping kept forgetting to clean my room, building is in poor condition, airco was so loud i couldnt sleep, handyman dropped paint on my shoes, dirty bugs in the hallway.

Friendly staff. Supermarket next by. Nice pool.
We realized on our last day that there is a note in the room, if you need cleaning, you have to hang out ‘Clean my room please’ card on your door. We thought there is no cleaning.
