Cons:

Service of the staff , While check inn they don’t ask and any deposit . While we place the food order they are coming with the bill . I ask them we will pay all together while check out .But they denied to pay and hold the food not to serve

Staff ( not all ) at reception are not trained up to the mark...I find them smiling with no patience to attend the guests...seems to be always in a hurry.. they should be trained more to become efficient..otherwise this hotel will earn a bad name.. Sorry to say that this is my first ever review that's not positive...

Overrated
Cons:

Booked a pool facing room, but constantly disturbed my amplified music coming from the pool area. Sometimes very late in to the night. The food at the restaurants were terrible and overpriced.

Sehr schönes Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier übernachtet (vor unserem Rückflug) Wir haben im 21. Stock übernachtet und die Aussicht war ein Traum. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr modern. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben :)

Cons:

Das Hotel ist riesig und die Flure sehr lang. Wir waren teilweise sehr orientierungslos unterwegs, insbesondere die Lifte waren verwirrend, da nicht alle zu den gleichen Stockwerken fahren.

Toilet shower and bathroom shower leakage
Rain water leaking from the glass ceilings
A/c took very longtime to cool . Wokeup at midnight sweating and complain about it. Engineer came to fix but couldn't figure out. But morning it was cool
