Nothing at all. At this stage we had a good outlook of the hotel.
This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It exceeded my expectations in every way! The price was well worth it for the beautiful, clean and spacious room, friendly and attentive staff and hotel facilities. It was my birthday during my stay, and they went above and beyond with a cake and birthday display in our room
The bird sounds around the pool area were very loud

Amazing hotel!
It has some nice pools and many great facilities and a number of good restaurants and cool bars.
The spa is excellent and the room service of proper quality. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the 1F lobby.
Was here for a conference and hope to come back and stay here again during an actual holiday.
Rooms are nice and spacious and the matrasses very good. Bathroom and rainfall shower lovely and it has a convenient desk and chair to do your work if for business.
One day I got back to the room and the cleaning service seemed to have by accident clipped open the inner door lock, so that it was blocking the room door from locking.
So my room was open and anyone could have gotten in, but assume it was an honest mistake but best to take care.
I did miss a bath in the room also.
Mr Sirlin Manager was very helpful
He was prepared to listen and understand the situation that my Wife and I were dealing with he had the time to come visit us in our room to make sure we were both okay

Great location and beautiful hotel, this is a fairly new hotel, second time staying. Has great facilities and restaurants.
Loved the infinity pool
Staff were friendly
The pool by the buffet area, attracted lots of men smoking in this area. Also swimming and not using the changing rooms to re dress but no staff member brave enough to address.
Did not have breakfast

We loved the spa , the pool and the food.
It has no private beach .
No night entertainment other than the casino.
It’s a new hotel, the rooms are so nice and spacious. With views to different parts of Colombo, love the bars and restaurants available in the property, with different atmospheres and cuisines. All the staff were lovely and so on point. There is a casino in one of the levels of the towers so it was so fun to be able to go and play with night.
The lifts to move around the property were very confusing and also the mall inside has not very interesting shops.
Buffet brekky is very good, and the staff were kind & helpful.
Great location. Huge hotel with lots going on. Staff were exceptional- attentive and welcoming. So many pools and restaurants to choose from. Rooms very comfortable- nicest hotel bed and pillow I’ve ever experienced.
It’s vast and lots of walking to get around.
