Top fedt hotel. De har alt hvad man drømmer om. Og så er den morgenmadsbuffet bare top klasse.

Top notch för ett mycket rimligt pris.
Pros:

Otroligt bra service och faciliteter. Bästa hotellgymmet jag sett. Pooler åt båda hållen. Rimliga priser på mat och mycket standard.

Bad attitude from managers and buffet restaurant

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The staff followed me around everywhere with a POS terminal like I was some kind of criminal. Every few minutes it was “pay now, pay now.” You can’t even sit down and enjoy dinner properly because someone immediately appears with the payment machine.

Even at the pool it’s the same situation — you order a simple juice and they come running with the POS terminal demanding immediate payment.

What makes it even worse is that just last week everything was simply charged to my room without any problem. Now suddenly they treat guests like suspects instead of customers.

The management is absolutely terrible. I have never seen such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment in any hotel.

Cons:

Ikke rent! Innsjekk tok 1 time! Dårlig service ved kontakt med room service. Måtte kontaktes da det luktet kloakk fra rommet, fikk nytt rom etter 4 timer. Infinity pool var stengt. Opplevde litt rasisme fra personal.

Pros:

Modern high rise hotel with large selection of restaurants, attentive well trained staff, outstanding variety of dishes at dinner and breakfast buffet (managed over 850 people at breakfast without any sense of crowding and no queues with separated island buffets). Two large pools. Complimentary late check out was appreciated. Security/scanner on entering hotel. Walking distance to Galle Face Green.

Cons:

The lifts (reception is on 24th floor) malfunctioned on two separate occasions. The pools were heated to 29c which was too warm in the hot weather.
