Asinsala is very helpful and pleasant. She arranged our table very well and also organized our transportation. She is highly skillful, professional, and welcoming. She greeted us warmly and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.

Exceptional hotel – 10/10! Everything was amazing, including the pools, rooms, staff, and food. The service was outstanding, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Asinsala, Tuan, and Irfan were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely room. Noisy event made it difficult to sleep.

Very noisy until very late at night. Rang reception multiple times asking how late party would go, with no response. Very unhelpful.

Buen hotel pero demasiado incompresibles
Pros:

Éramos un grupo de 11 amigos con 7 habitaciones pagadas/reservadas con "Media Pensión", salvo 1 que tenía "Desayuno". Una pareja perdió el avión y tratamos de compensar a la persona del desayuno añadiendo la cena de la pareja que pagó/reservó habitación con Media Penión y que perdieron el avión, y no nos dejaron compensar a pesar de tener pagada una habitación en M/P de la pareja que no se pudo hospedar y que éramos 7 habitaciones. Una desagradable y poco amable respuesta por parte del hotel. No volveremos.

Cons:

No dejaron compesar una habitación doble con M/P que perdió el avión y tuvimos que pagarla a pesar de ello, con uno del grupo que tenía Desayuno para añadir SOLAMENTE una cena. Lamentable

COLOMBO STOP OVER
Pros:

Great comfortable hotel which has everything you need. Shopping, Casino, restaurants, Spa, pools and Bars. Staff are truly welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Everyone in Sri Lanka wants you to give them a 5 star google review. It becomes annoying especially when it really isn't deserved.
Its a national obsession and annoying especially when you are cornered into it
