The rooms were cute.

Cons:

That we weren't informed ahead of time that the restaurant and bar would be closed. We booked based on having that amenity as we knew our travel day would be busy and we just wanted to stay in the hotel.

Doskonała lokalizacja przy promenadzie. Przed budynkiem znajdowała się pętla zabytkowego tramwaju, co dodatkowo podbijało moc wrażeń. Personel znakomity i bardzo pomocny. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane - wersja premium. Pościel zmieniana każdego dnia. Wygodne łóżko. Duża przestrzeń. Było miejsce na odpoczynek, relaks, sen. To znakomita lokalizacja dla osób, które w obiekcie cenią sobie luksus, spokój, intymność. Rewelacja. Brak uwag! Na pewno tam wrócę!

Lovely Porto
Pros:

Great location, room was beautiful. The 2 staff members we met were lovely

Cons:

We stayed in a room at the back of the building and we had no direct access to the reception area as the door from our corridor to the rest of the hotel was locked. If we wanted to contact reception we had to leave at the back exit of the hotel go down an alley and ring a bell to be let in at the front, it felt a bit like we were not allowed in the rest of the hotel.
Bar and restaurant were not open, which I understand due to it being out of season. But would have been nice to be able to get a drink.
Sorry to moan but the lighting was terrible, I'm of an age where I need to put some makeup on before I leave the house and it was impossible to see what it looked like 🤦‍♀️

Confortável mas falta manutenção e terraço é partilhado
Pros:

O quarto é espaçoso, confortável, com frigorífico maior do que pensava, roupeiro grande, televisão enorme, casa de banho muito espaçosa. O eléctrico pára mesmo à porta de entrada, há estacionamento perto, tem uma ótima localização. É uma zona óptima para ir dar um passeio à noite.

Cons:

Terraço partilhado, vigiado com câmeras e com as varandas dos quartos superiores a darem para o terraço.
Falta de manutenção: manchas no tapete, o chão tinha zonas em que estava levantado, os roupões tinham buracos, frigorífico vai fazendo barulho e acorda, luz do detector de fumos a piscar para onde incomoda, lençóis ásperos, velhos e cheios de borbotos, barulho da recepção e das pessoas a entrar e a sair ouve-se do quarto, toalhas, roupões e lençóis são reutilizados durante toda a estadia.
