Dass sich trotz Ankündigung dass wir erst um mitternacht im hotel sind, niemand weder per Telefon noch per E-Mail noch über Booking erreichbar war, um uns ins Hotel zu lassen als die Schlüssel, die sie uns gegeben haben, nicht funktioniert haben und wir mitten in der Nacht um 1:30 Uhr morgens ein neues Hotel suchen mussten in the middle of Nowhere

La suite es muy cómoda.
Tiene una vista bonita y el barrio es agradable y seguro,

Cons:

No es que no me haya gustado, pero está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad y aunque se puede ir fácilmente en transporte público hay que organizarse bien con los horarios. Hay que tomar en cuenta que no hay recepción durante la temporada baja.

A beautiful room and great facilities. Just felt a little lonely but it was out of season and we were warned.
Pros:

It was clean and well appointed. Sea view with a tram stop right outside. Good communication from staff.

Cons:

We were warned the week before that there would be no lift and no staff on site but we actually missed that more than we thought. There was no one to ask about local services etc. We’re told to message and that someone would always reply but it’s not quite the same.

The rooms were cute.

Cons:

That we weren't informed ahead of time that the restaurant and bar would be closed. We booked based on having that amenity as we knew our travel day would be busy and we just wanted to stay in the hotel.
