The room is way to small, the food is awful and cold, there are stairs at the entrance for no good reason other than poor planning, there was no conditioner in the bathroom and the onsen is male only, very inconvenient for mixed groups

お得な宿なら岡山ユニバーサルホテル第二別館！
Pros:

夕食、朝食が無料ってすごいです！
夕食はカレーだけかと思っていたら定食もあり、小さなデザートまで付いていて、どれほど努力していらっしゃるのかと思うと、申し訳ないくらいでした。
当初食事は外食しようと話していましたが、こちらでの食事で十分満足。
サラダバーやソフトドリンク飲み放題でビックリ。
リーズナブルな価格で泊めていただいたのに、すごいホテルですね。

大浴場があるというのも、今回の宿選びのポイントでした。
きれいに清掃され、湯船もこだわりのお湯で気持ちよかったです。
女性用の大浴場はセキュリティもしっかりしていて、安心でした。
