Nice, comfortable, quiet luxury hotel & worth the money

Cons:

Staff had not much customer service, expected higher standards with the price you pay. Their hotel in Kyoto where I stayed for 3 time are much better.

Perfect for everything
Pros:

Location is perfect and very convenient. Breakfast is also Good but it would be great if having more variety main dishes option to choose. We stayed there four night and met the same breakfast option everyday.

Cons:

the Pillow is not really comfortable especially when stack them together. Its appearance looks good, just feel not comfort when using them.

OK but not enjoyable for a family trip.
Pros:

The location was great, however there's no car park available and staff weren't helpful with recommendations for closest parking. To load and unload the car with luggage was not convenient either.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor for Japan standards. The dust on furniture was thick and the carpets made our skin itchy.
