飯店雖沒自己的停車場，但車可停地下街ㄧ樣很便利（4pm-9am停車有優惠，這次只付了1千日幣）

텐진역(공항선)과 바로 연결되어 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 공항에서 호텔로의 이동시, 공항선을 바로 이용해도 됩니다.
신축 호텔이라 시설도 만족스러웠고, 직원들의 친절도와 아침식사도 만족스러웠습니다.

Pros:

Everything about my stay was perfect. It’s a pretty new hotel. Location is unbeatable. You are connected underground with the Teijin underground shopping areas, walk underground to all major department stores with many food options on the way. It’s right above the metro, 11 minutes to the Shinkansen station etc

The staff are excellent - just the right level of warmth. Professional and courteous as you would expect from a hotel of this level.

Super clean and spacious.

Free lounge on 18 floor.

So glad.

텐진역과 바로 연결 되어 있으며 신상호텔에 라운지 까지 있습니다.

저녁에 냉장고를 열어보니 이전 사람이 쓰던 물건과 음식물이 그대로 들어 있었습니다. 저녁에 소란스러울 꺼 같아 아침에 체크 아웃 하면서 말했고 영어로 이야기를 했습니다. 직원은 sorry 한마디도 하지 않았고 당황 스러운 듯 NO 한마디를 했습니다.전 아무것도 안하고 그냥 알려줄테니 다음 부터는 청소 잘해달라고 공손하게 이야기하였습니다. 영어 할 수 있는 사람 없냐고 했더니 아무도 없다고 했고 여자 직원분 옆에 있는 남성분들도 저를 본체 만체 하고 그냥 가만히 있었습니다. 냉장고 부분은 사진도 있으며 정말 친절하게 또박또박 영어로 말했으나 말도 안되는 대처에 정말 당황 스러웠습니다. 체크인은 무리 없어 영어로 잘 진행 되었으며 몇 달 전 숙박에서도 영어로 모든 의사소통 잘진행 되었는데 불편했던 점을 말하니 갑자기 영어할 수 있는 직원이 없다기에 당황 스럽습니다. 위 호텔은 일본어가 능숙하신 분들만 있어야 혹시 불편한 일이 있을때 대처 가능 할 것같습니다. 참고하세요

Good location, nice and helpful staff, value for money.

The location was very convenient, close to the restaurants, shops and train stations. The room was comfy with a good view.
