Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal y también el servicio que tienen para llevarte y recogerte del parque Disney así como al aeropuerto. Además, nos ofrecieron gratuitamente subir la categoría de la habitación a una tematizada Disney, lo cual fue una agradable sorpresa.

Cons:

El desayuno podría estar mejor… va la línea de los desayunos ofrecidos en China.

Good value for your money
Pros:

If you are planning to visit Disney, this is a great place. It includes a shuttle to and from Disney. The decoration is great for kids.

Hôtel très bien pour aller à Disney
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons été surclassées dans une chambre thématisée Duffy. La chambre est grande, la salle de douche est fonctionnel et la douche est grande. Le personnel est réactif et le groupe sur Wechat aide à se faire comprendre. Le service de navette jusqu'à Disney est super efficace. On s'inscrit sur le groupe et hop les places sont réservées. Ils ont même plusieurs créneaux matins et soirs. Il y avait même un service de costumes pour les enfants. Les réceptionnistes demandent tous les jours si la chambre a besoin d'être nettoyée ou non.

Cons:

La situation géographique de l'hôtel laisse à désirée. Il se situe au bout d'une ruelle dans une impasse. C'est un quartier très "rural". Il n'y a pas de barrière ni entrée spécifique donc tous le monde peut venir. Peu de place pour se garer si on loue une voiture. La piscine est au milieu de l'hôtel avec vue sur parking et donc ouvert à la vue de tous. Il est à 45 min voir 1h des deux aéroports et à 1h de la city de Shanghaï donc pas pratique pour visiter.

Grey themed stay hotel
Pros:

It’s very good located if you like to visit Disney and Wild park. We had the Frozen themed room and our daughter LOVED it. Nearby is also a fruit market and a 7/11. The free shuttles operate on time to the airport and to Disney.

Cons:

The free shuttle is great, just the frequency to the Aust port could be better - it is just every 2 hours.

Todo ha sido excepcional a destacar el personal, todas las chicas de recepción son súper amables y ayudan en todo, muy simpáticas.
El servicio de shuttle es muy cómodo si quieres trasladarte a Disney.

Room was great everything else sucked
Pros:

The rooms were nice and cool. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Pictures were very deceiving. We booked this hotel believing our kids would have a great time swimming in it. Instead the water was murky and my kid saw a worker using a bucket to get water to clean the floor from it. The for breakfast the bread had mold on it . The worst part was the shuttle to the airport. The driver wanted to cram 10 people into a van without a trunk for luggages. Because of this he used the aisle for storage so we were sitting next to piled high suitcases!! To top it off my mom sat on a sit that water was leaking from the roof! She was told to stuck it up.

Great value for money.
Pros:

The shuttles to Disneyland were great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we got upgraded to a larger room for free during check-in.

Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки, на завтраке не хватает обычной воды, но в целом все ок. Бассейн детский, ребенок с удовольствием купался.

Cons:

Далеко до метро, до автобусных остановок идти 5 минут. С автобусами проблем нет.

Great value for money if you are visiting Disney park.
Pros:

The hotel was in close proximity to the Disney park and the pick up/drop off coach service made trips to the park effortless. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was clear and timely communication about the shuttle service. The room was decorated nicely and though we didn't use them, the hotel had handy laundry facilities.

Cons:

The room was overall tidy and clean but there might be a ventilation issue in the bathroom that has generated some mold.
