Pros:

Proximity to shops and eateries.

Cons:

The toilet flush is really bad. The front desk told me I cannot discard toilet paper in the toilet bowl. The flushing system is not working at all. Very weak.

Pros:

This hotel is amazing, its really clean, homey, has complete facilities like lift,breakfast and pool, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. It also has a free shuttle bus to Disneyland which is great! Overall its really good and definitely gonna recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Идеальный отель для посещения Диснейленд индивидуальными туристами: встретят, помогут, объяснят, доставят обратно (аэропорт Пудун). В целом от отеля осталось приятное впечатление, очень помогли с недружественным WeChat. Хорошие номера чистые и полностью укомплектованные. Завтрак хороший: есть что выбрать, даже ребенку (не капризному)., рядом много магазинов и кафе, мы закупались сендвичами для Диснейленда в булочной недалеко- очень вкусно и позволило не раззорится на еде в кафе в Диснейленд. Предупреждение: до прибытия активируйте WeChat, это на самом деле сложно мне пришлось подружиться с случайной китаянкой в аэропорту чтобы по прибытию он заработал. Обратите внимание что встречают и провожают вас только в аэропорт Пудун, я улетал из Хунцяо- пришлось брать такси (на ресепшн помогли) по счётчику - цена конская (к отелю претензий нет)! Если бы не помощь отеля бы никуда не доехал и поездка пошла прахом. В Диснейленд покупал билет с проходками на 6 аттракционов на trip com , все успели за день обойти и даже некоторые по два раза (очереди ужасные)

Sehr schönes Hotel für den Aufenthalt im Disneyland mit Frühstück, welches man auch bereits ab 6 Uhr genießen konnte. Es
Pros:

Täglicher Shuttle zum Disneyland sehr gut über Wchat organisiert mit Abfrage der Zeiten und Reservierung , Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, in der Nähe gab es auch Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen zu kaufen, Hotel war nicht sehr klein.

Cons:

Kein Englisch der Mitarbeiter, nur mit Übersetzungsprogramm und dadurch wurde das Anliegen nicht immer verstanden.
Kommunikation war nur per w Chat möglich
Pool sah nicht wirklich einladend aus, wurde dann auch abgelassen, Wetter war eh zu kalt 🥶 Shuttle Zeiten vom Flughafen sind fixe Zeiten. Das ist sehr ungünstig gelöst, da man diesen erst 24 Stunden vor Landung reservieren darf und dann erst erfährt, dass es zum Beispiel 13 Uhr oder 15 Uhr möglich ist. Bei einer Landung 12:45 Uhr sehr ungünstig.

Great room with space and shuttle serve from airport and to Disneyland.
Pros:

The property is good and spacious. Convenient with the shuttle from airport and Disneyland shuttle to and from. The master driver is really good. The receptionist ladies are very nice and helpful

Cons:

The room is great but the scuff marks on the walls brings the whole unit down. I suggest to hide and cover the toilet brush rather than having it displayed as it can be a little off putting for sensitive people.

A comfortable and worry-free stay! 安心で快適、心遣いが感じられる滞在!
Pros:

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and caring. They patiently answered all of our questions, even though we don’t speak Chinese, which we really appreciated.

The shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Shanghai Disneyland gave us so much peace of mind. It was very easy to reserve through WeChat and truly made our trip much less stressful.

The hotel breakfast was also delicious!

If you’re planning a trip to Shanghai Disneyland, I would definitely recommend staying here.

ホテルのスタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、思いやりがありました。中国語が話せない私たちにも、質問に一つ一つ丁寧に答えてくださり、とても助かりました。

空港や上海ディズニーランドとの送迎シャトルバスがあり、とても安心して利用できました。WeChatで簡単に予約でき、移動のストレスがかなり減りました。

朝食もとても美味しかったです！

上海ディズニーランドに行く予定の方には、ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

My first time reviewing because this place was worth the effort. Excellent for an international budget conscious traveler or family especially if going to Shanghai Disney. Attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable staff that really helped us get around! HOT shower in a clean, modern bathroom! HOT yummy, local buffet breakfast included! Definitely did not go hungry! Located within a small town where we were able to dine on local foods, shop for basic needs, and my wife got wonderful massages!

Very happy and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Check in was smooth, we arrived at 9am and check in was at 2pm. But our room was ready to hit straight in.

Фотографии достаточно сильно преукрашены, по факту не так все чисто и красиво. Были немного разочарованны. Не так близко к дисней ленду. Завтраки оочень простые. Вокруг мало мест где можно вкусно поесть. Были немного разочарованы.
Отмечу работу персонала на ресепшене-сотрудники молодцы, очень заботливые и отзывчивые, очень вежливые и внимательные.
Хорошая уборка в номерах.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Staff were very responsive via WeChat. Misunderstanding with shuttle times for airport pick up meant we had to wait for nearly 2 hours. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Chat group on WeChat advising of Disney shuttle times was helpful. Breakfast was included and opened at 6am so we had time to eat before getting the first shuttle.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms but they weren’t very close together.
