Hotel Armonia Noto Marina e Spa

Beautiful beach near by. Close drive to Noto and other baroque towns.

La struttura appare di recente ristrutturazione e piacevole. Ampia piscina fruibile per gli ospiti. La stanza assegnata (tripla) molto spaziosa, con bagno in camera, con accessori e arredi essenziali, frigorifero e cassetta di sicurezza. Manca il Wi-Fi. C’è un buono spazio per il parcheggio auto adiacente al campetto di padel. Abbiamo trovato scomodi i letti, forse i materassi non erano nuovi o rinnovati con la ristrutturazione, e il piano doccia faceva defluire l’acqua verso il centro del locale bagno. Si è dovuto tamponare con qualche asciugamano (erano in abbondanza).
La struttura dista circa un km dalla spiaggia ed è collegata a un bar-ristorante della medesima gestione per fruire della colazione (discreta) o dei pasti. A proposito, nello stesso sito della struttura è appena attivato un ristorante, convenzionato ma da gestione terza, all’apparenza molto carino. Non abbiamo avuto modo di fruirne nei tre giorni di permanenza per cui non si può dire altro (abbiamo preferito visitare Noto e i suoi dintorni). In definitiva, per il prezzo pagato per il breve soggiorno ci si può ritenere soddisfatti (anche se si può migliorare 😜)

Arrivati in struttura
ci siamo resi conto che non era lo stesso posto di dove avevamo prenotato. Posto vecchio, sporco, piscina piccola l'opposto delle descrizioni della struttura.
Segnaliamo subito al contatto della struttura e ci risponde che c'era stato
un disguido nella prenotazione e che se per noi non era un problema ci
avrebbero spostati il giorno dopo. E così è stato. Il giorno dopo siamo
stati nella struttura dove avevamo prenotato, almeno così sembrava dalle foto viste dell'esterno. Un incubo. Stanza sporca,
pulizie inesistenti, puzza di fogna perenne, fino all'ultima notte che sono
scoppiate le tubature esterne della fogna, i liquami si
spargevano davanti la porta d'ingresso della stanza che aveva l'accesso diretto all'esterno. Devo dire che tutto quello che viene indicato
nella descrizione della struttura è falso. Da denuncia per pubblicità
ingannevole. La colazione faceva pena, misera e il cibo di qualità scadente. Fate
qualcosa per evitare questo scempio toglietelo dal vostro sito perché non
vi fa onore. Chi legge questa recensione se avete prenotato disdite, non andateci.

Terrible experience. We were two couples and booked 2 double rooms. 2 hours before checking in we received a link to go to a different a accommodation location than the one we booked with no explanation. It was a residence not a hotel. No Reception at new location, nowhere to buy a coffee or water (not even a vending machine), beach was 15 minutes drive by car unlike the hotel we booked. Breakfast was served in a run-down coffee shop15 minutes drive from residence and food selection was dismal. Luckily we had a car. Furniture in balcony consisted of a 2 rusty chairs and table. Defective TV in room only worked a few minutes then stopped. During our stay we noted that other guests at the Residence also experienced the same scam that we suffered. Shame on the Management.

First the positive the Lady who greeted us was lovely and a nice big pool area.
Now the Negative - generally all the details are incorrect the hotel is still being built. I booked because I checked the location on the map - this is incorrect the location on the map is where you have to go to get breakfast its a 10 minute drive from the hotel then its difficult to park. there is no reception, cafe, bar or Restaurant was not open. did not see any sign of wellness centre. Does have a mini bar Fridge but was empty considering the Hotel is miles from anything with no other services you would think the fridge would have something in it. the external corridor leading to the room had no lights and was still be built and used as a storage area. Room was very Spares without a full length mirror, the Bathroom looks lovely but impractical nowhere to put you washbag and things. Shower splashes the floor they try to hold back with a towel but this get soaked and floor wet. WiFi terrible or actually did not work on either Italian Mobile or our UK mobile and computer - in this day and age this is not acceptable. On check out there was no-one around to leave the key to so just left it in the door - quite frankly I feel I deserve a refund because the details are totally misleading and services no existent - When they have finished building and add all the services detailed I am sure it will be a lovely destination but at the moment its not really ready for customers
