Pros:

La reservación que había hecho no la respetaron dejándome sin habitación, luego le hablé a la página por la cual había hecho la reservación que fue hotels.com y tampoco pudieron hacer nada por el reembolso terrible de verdad busquen otra forma de alojamiento y hospedaje no usando ni la residencia ni Hotels.com

Pros:

Nunca hubo ningún servicio. No habían toallas, nada de champú, menos de acondicionador de cabello y menos reposición de papel higiénico. Todo esto sin mencionar que nunca se hiso aseo en el dormitorio ni menos hacer la cama. Este es peor servicio de hoteles en el cual he estado, más aún si se dicen CINCO ESTRELLAS.

No towels at hotel
no air conditioning
No soap this was by far worst hotel in 6 weeks of travel in Chile and way overpriced. Was refused to be allowed to get money back for 2nd night after 1st night. Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously.

mejorar en aspectos de registro, No teniana la reserva a mano lo que prudujo exceso de tiempo para el ingreso.
Ademas mejorar calidad de las almohadas.

Pros:

Muy buena atención, la limpieza del lugar, super cerca de la playa, cruzando la calle hay un parque de diversiones, lo único que deberían es cambiar el mobiliario de las habitaciones que están un poco descuidados
