we hadden n standaard kamer geboekt: was heel klein en in bijgebouw 2de verdieping zonder lift !
De prijs vd wijn is schandalig hoog: goedkoopste glas vr een regionale wijn vd Savoie: 12€, alle andere glazen: 14€.

Vandaar een bijna altijd lege bar.

Given everywhere else we have stayed in our trip through Switzerland and France, we were surprised that breakfast was not included in the cost .

The location, the furnishing, the SPA and restaurant, the access to the beach. The overall services. The friendly and professional staff. The welcoming including a tour of the hotel.

Cons:

All was excellent but if I can suggest:
🙂 a softer toilet paper in the room would be appreciated.
🙂 a pair of flip flops offered in the SPA bag.
🫤 half-board package was offered only to guests for min 3 nights stay. It would be nice to offer it also to guests staying for the first time even for 1 night only.
