An enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was delicious!

Welcoming and friendly, great room and breakfast
Pros:

Lovely staff team - welcoming, friendly. Big, well appointed room, comfortable bed. Good local neighbourhood. Possibly the best uttapam and idly sambar in India :) Wifi worked well. Staff fixed it very quickly when there was a problem.

Cons:

The advertised roof garden wasn't usable, which was a real shame. If it was cleaned up, it would be a lovely place to sit during the evening / for breakfast.

Warm welcome by staff. Updating the room and it was neat and clean. Food was excellent.

Cons:

Bathroom needs to be more cleaned. Kettle was broken. Fan was missing.
