Pathetic
Pros:

Food quality is food however quantity is less and hotel location is also good

Cons:

Staff was very rude, service was pathetic, non cooperative staff rooms are very small

Fijne overnachting met heerlijke douche
Pros:

De overnachting was prima. De badkamer was top en de douche was heerlijk warm met een goede straal. Het ontbijt en avondeten bij restaurant was goed. De locatie was over het algemeen rustig en goed bereikbaar, maar wel wat verder van de bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Van tevoren hadden we een link ontvangen om de helft van het bedrag alvast te betalen, anders zou de boeking niet bevestigd worden. Dit hebben we meteen via Wise gedaan. Zowel via Whatsapp als toen we aankwamen gaf het hotel aan het geld niet te hebben ontvangen. Twee dagen later was het ineens wel in orde en hoefden we alleen de andere helft nog te betalen.

Ventilatie in de kamer werkt niet goed, dus de kamer werd heel vochtig waardoor onder andere het dekbed klam aanvoelde.

Pros:

Breakfast en dinner was perfect. De chef en keuken personeel was heel behulpzaam.
Het eten was zo lekker elke dag weer wat anders en altijd erg smaakvol.
Restaurant 10/10!

Cons:

Personeel bij de receptie niet vriendelijk, arrogant en respectloos.

Very clean, comfy, easy to access. Really recommend here!
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room. Nice staff. Good price. Very comfortable. Easy to find food and market nearby. Metro is very near by walking 10 minutes. Night market is very cool.

Good value for money
Pros:

Happy colors, lovely shower, comfortable bed, walking distance from main streets and metro station. Complimentary drinking water.

Cons:

The bed sheets have seen better days and at times it was a bit noisy.

Great Hotel in Delhi
Pros:

We as a couple have recently stayed in a hotel for a few nights. The location is good in Karol Bagh. The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. They have a very good and cosy restaurant on the side. One of the best butter chickens we had - complement to chef. I would def stay again if in Delhi and recommend to anyone. Thank you
