Pros:

Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. Not always sure when reception was open, but easy access to rooms. Very accommodating when we had a late flight home, we were able to use a spare room to keep our luggage and had access to this all day. Easy to get in and out of Omis and Split. Recommend to download and use the Promet bus app as ticket cheaper on that if you pre pay. Tons of beach bars and restaurants all within 15 minute walk of the hotel. Lovely varied buffet breakfast every day.

Pros:

The Staff is amazing! So nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. So many fruits, breads, meats, and cheeses to choose from. Across the street from the beach. The Staff also did our laundry free of charge. We loved it so much that we extended our stay one more night.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr nett eingerichtetes B&B. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und Wäscheständer. Sehr geräumige Dusche. Bett ganz ok. Gutes Frühstück. Im Peis inbegriffene Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Gebäude. Schöner Pool- und Außenbereich mit täglich frischen Handtüchern. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und fußläufig auch einige Restaurants, die noch in der Nebensaison geöffnet haben. Ein Restaurant war allerdings furchtbar, also besser vorher die Google Bewertungen lesen. :-) Genau gegenüber des B&B gibt es einen hübschen Strand. Ein paar Meter nach rechts kann man auch Sonnenliegen für 5 € pro Tag mieten. Leider keine Sonnenschirme.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist nicht so toll und die Temperaturen schwanken enorm von recht heiß zu recht kühl. An der Treppe vom Pool fehlt ein Geländer, da die Stufen recht rutschig sind. Die Kissen sind nicht gut bzw. sehr klumpig.

Goede plek voor doorreis en om Omiš te bezoeken.
Pros:

Goed bed en sfeervolle inrichting. Parkeren achter de accomodatie.

Cons:

De B&B ligt zo dicht aan de weg naar Omiš dat je niet fijn op je balkon kan zitten (wij hadden een luxe kamer met balkon met uitzicht op zee). Binnen hoor je de weggeluiden niet.

Pekné zariadenie, nové, čisté, raňajky chutné, poloha výborná - hneď vedľa obchod, oproti cez cestu reštaurácia a pláž - všetko máte v pešej dostupnosti, v prípade potreby návštevy Omišu alebo Splitu autobusová zastávka hneď vedľa - lístok sa kupuje v buse. Bazén, lehátka a slnečníky, možnosť posedieť v altánku.

Cons:

Trošku rušná cesta pred ubytovaním.

Unfortunately, the room didn’t match our expectations based on the rating and the positive reviews. There was a strong unpleasant smell, probably due to the old furniture, and if the sink drain was left open, an additional bad odor came from there. The doors, wardrobe, and windows were very old and poorly maintained – the windows offered no sound insulation, so we could hear all the street noise. The room was on the ground floor, right by the street, which made it even noisier. Honestly, this is not what we expected after reading so many good reviews. Maybe we were just unlucky with this particular room, but our experience was disappointing.

Chambres propres et confortables. Hotel à 2 pas de la plage, ce qui était agréable.
Le personnel était très souriant et accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et complet.

Cons:

Malheureusement l’hôtel étant au bord de la route, c’était légèrement bruyant

God service når det var personal tilstede. Hovedsaklig var hotellet stengt og vi måtte gå inn en bakvei for å komme opp på rommet. Internett fungerte dårlig. Det var håndkle ved bassenget kun ved forespørsel. Ingen steder å kaste søppel. Lite komfortable stoler på terrassen

Perfekte Strandlage, leckeres Frühstück und rundum ein entspannter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage in Strandnähe war perfekt, der große Parkplatz sehr praktisch und das Frühstück ausgesprochen gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Die Lage zum Strand ist zwar top, allerdings führt vorne eine Hauptstraße vorbei, wodurch es am Balkon etwas lauter sein kann. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es jedoch angenehm ruhig.
