Pros:

Staff were lovely. Brand new building so facilities are all in good order

Cons:

It's in the middle of a building site, so very noisy at times. Most places are not open, so a ghost town.

Room cleaning is non existent, if we hadn't asked it would not have been cleaned in 5 days, no fresh towels, bins spilling over. Bedding not made or changed (despite asking).

Beach is not accessible, huge bridge being built so constant jack hammers etc and water not clean with pollution from the building. Fair enough that the site needs to be be built, but no prewarning.
