Keys picked from a coded safe at the reception, smooth. Our apartment was as shown on pictures (ours was on 29th floor with amazing side sea views and city/mountain view) . Everything worked fine, kitchen could have had more pans, but still sufficient for 3-4 people. We even managed to make Christmas dinner just fine. A big plus is a standard medium fridge to store our shopping.
Enough toilet paper for a small regiment :) just be aware toilets are to be flushed with a full force, as we had one blocked during the stay and nothing we could do, helped. This was very quickly dealt with by the cleaning crew halfway through our stay. Showers are open, but with a towel on floor and then floor "wiper" from balcony, all manageable. Washing machine on a balcony was awesome, washing liquid provided as well.
Beach just a 5 minutes away walking a busy street with fruit vendors, juice places (so worth it) and some nice restaurants. Convenience stores and pharmacies plenty around.
Swimming pool with awesome view, but a little bit cold for some :)
Lotte mall appr. 20 minutes walk, doable. You can buy EVERYTHING for longer stays for great prices (at 8pm fresh produce discounted, bought some yummy pastries and sushi, kimbap etc...).
Overal very happy with our 11 day stay, would return in a beat.
Nothing. But TVs (3), cable TV, did not work. Required a chrome cast that was not originally provided, one was "installed" after our request to watch VTN. I had to install it properly after the tech guy (then watched Vietnam win football at Asian games :D)

시내 한복판이라 LED 툭툭이 소음이 조금 있음(숙소 문제는 아님)
Выбрали данный отель для отдыха с семьей. Номер очень просторный, две комнаты с большими кроватями. Интернет стабильный, отличный вид из балкона и его наличие кстати очень понравилось. Есть стиральная машина. Номер оснащен всем необходимым. Оперативное решение всех вопросов сотрудниками тоже хочу отметит, ребята молодцы. В этом же знании находится бассейн и тренажёрный зал с отличным видом на город. В пешей доступности все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Думаю что в номере в котором мы останавливались необходимо провести косметический ремонт, немного он уставший. Как минимум выглядит не так как на фото на данном сайте.
We loved the central location, the pool and the view from our balcony. Kids really enjoyed burning off some energy in the Kids Club room. The washing machine was also really handy.
The traffic noise (take ear plugs).

A curtain in our room was torn, and a cleaning lady didn’t wish to fix it. Shower rooms had a bad construction, so the floor is always wet there
버고 호텔에 있는 숙소여서 위치가 진짜 좋았어요.
깨끗하게 관리되어 있고 침구도 좋아서 잠도 잘 잤습니다. 에어컨이라던가 주방용품, 세탁기도 있어서 편하게 묵었습니다!
그리고 호스트 응대가 빨라서 아주 좋았어요 :)
숙소가 센터에 있다보니 아무래도 오토바이 소리가...
