Great location & onsen.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, great onsen, close to convenience store & restaurants. Stayed for 4 nights, rooms are tight for 2 but had everything you need. Close to Odori Park for the Snow Festival.

Cons:

Only negative was the pillow situation. They were very rough & hard and although they have a self serve pillow bar the soft ones were always gone.

Great location to stay in Sapporo
Pros:

Location was really great, walkable to most places in Sapporo city (for tourist), and if not public transport is nearby.
Room was of a comfortable size and clean. There was a public bath located at their basement but we didn't use it as we were too tired at the end of the day.
