Good Location
Pros:

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the most attractive places in Kuching.

Cons:

I stayed for two nights, but my room was not cleaned and my water bottles were not refilled the next day. When I checked with the hotel staff, I was told that these services are only provided upon request. It would be better to inform guests of this policy during check-in so they can request it if needed.

Saya tak tahu saya tidur, esoknya naik bintik2 di tangan dan kaki. Please tingkatkan kebersihan, especially dekat tilam, selimut dah bantal. Di mata kasar, nampak bersih, tapi taktahu kenapa gatal bila saya tidur. Itu sahaja
