Pros:

Good space with a living area and a comfortable bed

Cons:

Location was brutal to sleep with partying outside until early in the morning. The cleaning could have been better with hair around the shower gel container. The Nespresso machine didn’t work well and they only provided three capsules. The filtered water was not replenished when the room was cleaned. We asked for more coffee capsules only to get the same 3 again. Most weird thing was a shower room in which the whole bathroom gets drenched including the toilet which is so impractical. A kitchen area with an extractor fan but no amenities for preparing food. Not an issue for us but still weird.

Stay at a real hotel vs an apartment hotel for a more personal service. Contact was via Whatsapp and the my were responsive but….

Super céntrico, a un paso de todo andando.
Apartamento con primeras calidades y decorado con muy buen gusto.
Bien insonorizado. Si duda volvería en otra ocasión

Cons:

La cocina no tiene fuegos ni microondas, ni tostador... , o sea, inoperariva para cocinar nada.
Aunque está bien insonorizado, hay varios bares de copas justo debajo y en el silencio de la noche se escucha el ruido.

Pros:

¡Todo! un verdadero lujo a dos pasos de la zona de bares y del centro histórico. Localización ideal para ir caminando a todos los lados.

Además, tuve un problema a la hora del check-in y Javier me ayudó en todo lo que pudo.

A very nice short term tourist flat no one should stay at because the public-facing employee makes guests feel stupid
Pros:

Very nice quality accommodation. Bathroom and bedrooms were clean with nice fixtures and well prepared.

Cons:

Javier. Possibly the worst handling of the check-in process I’ve encountered from a tourist accommodation provider. Actually rude rather than accommodating. Rather than listen to the problem and help troubleshoot the technical difficulties with the digital platform the property uses for check-ins, Javier made me feel stupid and small—as if I was bothering him and he had better things to do than help me. I informed Javier of my intent to relay my experience with him with his superiors and asked for the contact information of the owner or general manager. Javier ignored my request for that information. As a result, I have no where else to relay my experience with Javier Luther than this public forum.
