This hotel was found last minute. Stayed 2 nights and it was great. The bed and room very comfortable. The place is beautiful and very well kept. They have a bar/restaurant which we only had breakfast both days and it was great. Recommend it.

From the moment we arrived until the minute we checked out, every single team member was not only professional but genuinely warm and proactive. Clean rooms and friendly staff

everything was great but the hot water only worked intermittently. might be dependent on others guests usage or something as it would only come one for a couple mins then cut off for a couple mins. aside from the cold shower it was very nice and is centrally located.

Clean rooms with new technology

We stayed here recently and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences.
When we first checked in, the TV in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be up shortly. After waiting about an hour, I called again to ask about switching rooms but was told none were available. When maintenance finally arrived, they couldn’t fix the TV, and only then did we get moved to another room.
In the second room, I grabbed a towel only to find it stained and clearly not clean, which was very unsettling.
We did enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant, which had a great vibe, good food, and excellent service. Our server even told us about a brunch happening the next day. However, when my husband went down, he was told it was closed due to staffing. Later that day, we saw the restaurant had reopened, but now it was “cards only” for payment—even though we had paid in cash the night before.
We also asked about housekeeping and were told it was too late to request service for the day, which added to the frustration.because it was only around 11:00am
Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of consistency, poor communication, and issues with cleanliness and service made this stay very disappointing.

The stay was okay! Very nice hotel and the room I stayed in was nice! The issues I had was that the staff was not very welcoming and each time I entered the hotel there was no acknowledgment, greeting, or welcoming attitude. The staff was distracted by their phones or other things. Also, the water in the room started to get cold and never got hot, I called the front desk about it and they did not take my concern seriously or with urgency.

By far the best bang for your buck, Right in downtown Atlanta along with amazing prices and a beautiful room!

The staff was very friendly, the room and hotel itself if very clean. One thing I dislike is just the location, there isn’t places to eat or not even a convenient store around the corner, you would have to walk 20 minutes or hop on the electric scooter for 11 minutes. Aside from that it was a budget friendly hotel with great service and modern architecture.

No grocery, drug or liquor stores in the area. Many "unhoused" natives near the area. Great boutique hotel. Great decor.

Everyone was so nice, room was clean, right next to the state farm arena (where we were headed to) everything was perfect

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was brand new so the experience was fresh and clean. The restaurant had great breakfast and lunch options and I really enjoyed their lounge. Space in the lobby area rooms are big and spacious. Bathroom mirrors have Bluetooth connected so that’s a nice touch. Accessible to any of the state buildings I would definitely be back.
