Exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained place — both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast was outstanding — everything natural and homegrown from the garden. The salsa with oregano was especially delicious, along with the spinach omelet. Elegant tableware, absolute tranquility, and breathtaking views made the stay even more special.

You need a good vehicle to travel the roads in Altos del Maria to reach this location.
Good location, nice and quiet area, very good breakfast. Bella and her husband are very friendly and explained about the place to see around
The roads are very steep and need a powerful car to explore the area
Exceptional cleanliness, a very beautiful bedroom, where it is very comfortable. Directly from the room there is a kitchen and a terrace - very nice and overlooks the mountains and the garden. There is a stone barbecue on the terrace. The senora is very caring and cooks very tasty. She can also cook dinner if you didn’t have time to go to the restaurant or didn’t have time to take food with you. She made us fantastic cutlets from plane trees for breakfast. We tried this for the first time. The dishes we ate with were very beautiful. Everything was great! Good air, peace and quiet. Senora plays the guitar and sings very beautifully. Her voice is extraordinary. It was as if we were on another planet. 5 minutes of cascades from home. You can safely swim and relax. We had a great time! Wonderful place and friendly people. 100% recommended.
Bella & Rene are very kind, friendly & helpful. The breakfasts were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a separate outside entrance and a nice private patio. It is quiet & relaxing here but can be very windy.
There is a lovely hiking area along a river nearby that Bella told us about. It was cool and beautiful there.
There are no nearby restaurants but you can bring food with you ( there's a small kitchenette) or Bella will cook dinner for you for an extra fee.
Bella & Rene are new to the B&B business but are learning quickly what guests like. They will be removing their personal clothes and bathroom items from the guest suite. They will be moving the small chicken pen with 3 hens & 3 roosters away from the bedroom window that woke us up every morning at 5:30 a.m. The Internet was sporadic and undependable.
Be prepared to drive the very winding, twisting and steep road to their location. However, the road was recently repaved so the pavement is in good condition right now.

Ana is a great host. Love to get to know her “patio” and all the work she has done with her yard.
It not a “kid friendly” place cuz of the stairs and yard. I didn’t check that while I was looking for a place, so my bad! As I mentioned before, it is a lovely place, but a little dangerous for my 1 year old daughter. Ana was always checking on us to make sure my daughter was safe. Appreciate that and her patience 😊
